This was my first time at a white castle. Where I'm from, there are only krystals. The food was good, but the service was super slow, and there seemed to be some tension between some of the workers in the back, but overall, it was good.

I went to 'WC lounge' for nostalgic reasons. The service was fantastic, but the sidewalk is so dirty that I hated walking on it. I've never seen a black, grimy sidewalk before just cake over with who knows what. Please power wash the entries for your own sake (less mopping of the lobby).
The taste was just so-so. Maybe some salt will do the trick & increase my rating

No refill on coffee. First 2 sliders I ordered delicious but they took their time, I didn't mind.
Other two came out fast, tasted like they been warmed up in micro.

Lady was very helpful, first visit to establishment in 10 years.
