Chuck did a great job. He offered some coupon deals, & when we figured out the best value pizza, I got the Jr. Beast pizza, 12 slices, for $22, filled with meat & xtra cheese. I wanted it delivered, but since the delivery driver had a bunch of deliveries to do Thurs night, I picked it up myself, The place was clean, the pizza was ready when I walked in. Great experience. Not all businesses try to please their customers as much as Snappy does. While customers can be wrong, the customer is King, & Snappy Tomato proves it. I will order there again.

Order 10 pieces wings at 9:09 was told it was going to be an hour and 15 mins. Didnt get the food til 11:48 pm after closing. Almost three hours wait and we live only 15 mins away from the place

We waited over an hour and 45 minutes and the person who answered the phone when I called to check on it was rude and hung up on me. Pizza finally arrived and the driver sped off in the parking lot and kicked rocks up on us. NEVER AGAIN!!! The phone recording says "in a snap" delivery and service was horrible!

I placed an order online for delivery to the hotel I was spending the night at. After the web site glitched slightly to find my store location, the rest of the process was quick. Took just under an hour for the medium pizza I ordered. It was just perfect temp for eating. Overall it was a decent pizza for a bit more money because of the delivery cost.
Placed my order online over 2 hours before I needed the food delivered. 2 large pizzas still showed up and hour later than the delivery time which were soggy like they had clearly been ready for a long time.
