I placed an order online for delivery to the hotel I was spending the night at. After the web site glitched slightly to find my store location, the rest of the process was quick. Took just under an hour for the medium pizza I ordered. It was just perfect temp for eating. Overall it was a decent pizza for a bit more money because of the delivery cost.

Placed my order online over 2 hours before I needed the food delivered. 2 large pizzas still showed up and hour later than the delivery time which were soggy like they had clearly been ready for a long time.

I have to put this out here I live in Indiana and Snappys is in Warsaw ky. I called made my order the young lady delivered the order right before you go to Indiana I was late getting to her but she was very curtisus and respectful. I recommend Warsaws Snappys the pizza was the best I don't really like pizza but that one just perfect thank you Snappys in Warsaw Kentucky

Waited little over 2 1/2 hrs for delivery. Ordered veggie melt. No tomatoes no mushrooms no cheese. Plenty of sauce. Not heated. Wish I could show picture of itVegetarian options: What a waist of money

We are driving back up from vacation and ordered this because we were close. Very disappointed! Quoted 40-60 minutes for delivery when ordered online, you have no way to track your order. At 65 minutes I called to request an update, and they said the driver was on the way. Our location is 12 minutes from this restaurant, and so after another 30 minutes I called again. The lady I spoke to at the restaurant was rude and said that the driver was taking five deliveries at one time. When the driver came, he was driving dangerously fast and was extremely rude. The food was cold and not made properly. No compensation was offered for this poor service The reviews were pretty good but this was very poor in my opinion.
When it comes to customer service and the food industry i hate to even complain because I've worked in food service since i was 15 i understand how it works and i understand some situations can be avoided and fixed, but i order from here a lot im talking five to six times a month if not more and it's always Fifty to Sixty dollar orders most the time its good but more often then not its bad. I have a picture my thin crust pizza was like someone shook the box and then handed it to me.

I'm new to the area, and after reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure about ordering from here but they were open late, so... I ordered and paid online then picked up my pizza. It was ready on-time and still hot. The employees were friendly and helpful. The Supreme pizza was really good- lots of toppings and the original crust was just right for me, done but not hard. It went well with the cup of garlic butter dipping sauce that came with the pie. I will order from them again for sure! Just FYI, though, there's no dining room.Vegetarian options: They do offer a Veggie Pizza.

I have been eating here for 10 years. I live 7 minutes away and unfortunately it's the only pizza place that delivers around. I can't remember the last time I ordered and was told 20-45 minutes and it didn't show up 1 1/2+ hours later. Always cold. regularly missing something from the order as well. Nothing is ever offered for compensation either. If ANY other pizza place offered delivery to my area, they would be out of business.
