I stop here everytime I'm in town. I can only tell you about the tortas though. I've eaten one everytime. They're awesome.

Solid little place if you're not tight on a budget.

I will say that my partner and I have been coming here for about a year and a half or so now, and the menu/prices have been updated (with the same food, just updated boards/menu) enough times (3) that I cannot go back other than those times I can't help but crave authentic, good mexican food.

So, firstly, the food is good with slightly smaller than id like portions and the salsa is made daily and so will always have those authentic little changes like too runny this day, more spicy this day, ect.

Now, the drawback for making this a regular spot is just a little bit too high pricing. You order at the door with the menu in front of you, with no prices displayed, so you get what your heart and stomach tell you and just pay after. 8 tacos and a flatbread runs you about $55-60ish. The flatbread is about 16$, tacos are $5-6 each no matter what protein/main ingredient you choose.

If you go, I'm sure the food will be good and the authentic store next door is definitely an attractor with its hard to find Hispanic products. Just be mindful of your choices if you go in hungry because you will end up paying for it. You could pay $18 for three tacos here, or head to another mexican restaurant that'll give you a rice beans protein platter and tortillas for the same price versus just tortilla, protein cilantro and onions.

Ok so I'm half Hispanic and grew up in TX on a border town to Tamualipas, Mexico. So I'm used to food from that area (like Matamoros style Tacos). This food was great! Not the exact same but great! And will be back!

The lengua tacos are AMAZING!! Probably one of the best I've ever had. The meat is soft and so flavorful. When I go back that will be my regular order from now on. We tried the steak tacos, the pastor tacos, quesadilla and the burrito. All were delicious. Everyone was satisfied.

A few cons:
- the menu is intimidating and not easy to read, and understand what it is they're serving. I suggest paying someone to revamp and make it easier for customers to read so they don't take as long to stand there and order.
- no queso fresco
- I wanted a few more authentic stuff like menudo (I understand though that you have to serve what the public will eat and most in this area will not eat this)

The service is good and attentive. They accepted cards. They only have bottled and canned drinks, they do have Mexican cokes.

I've been in twice now and the 1st time took a bit bc they make it as you order (love that) but if there is several tables there it could take a little longer than you might like. The 2nd time the other table already had their food so it was quick for us probably 15min to get our food.

The best tacos you can get in the state, including Ohio and Indiana.

I always got the chorizo tacos as well as the steak. They’re good. This place is very expensive. I got three tacos and it was $16+ change. No drink. I don’t understand why they still only take cash when the amount of profits made could easily pay for a simple cell-phone card reader. Having to go next door to pay is a inconvenience and quite frankly ridiculous considering this place has been here for well over a year now.

Different type of atmosphere… more like at home in an apartment..tons of beautiful plants, dining tables and a big tv. The food was delicious! Best chicken fajita I have ever had in my life! Can’t wait to go back and try the different foods at fair

We had a long day since we had to attend 2 doctor visits in Cincinnati and on the way back and already a little hungry we found Googletaqueria el compita we immediately left the route and headed towards that placeMy first impression was:It was not a place equipped for a restaurant, they do not have individual menus with any photos of the meals and see the prices. The service was good but not what a diner deserves. The food was good taking into account that we were already hungry. The meat in the asada tacos was hard, it was overcooked I guess. In the end we paid a total that I think was a little higher than what I had contemplated but we didn't discuss it I'm fine with that maybe they added a tip but it's fineRecommended but if you were a little careful with some detailsOh and something redeemable, the place looks clean

While I was waiting for my food they turned away a woman with a certified service dog. Don't care how the food tastes if they break the Americans with Disabilities Act.
*Edited: The owner said they would address the issue. I am glad because the food was amazing.

Stopped here for first time while visiting family in the area. The food, service, & prices were great. Very accommodating & relaxed atmosphere. I’m vegetarian & they had no problem making an amazing bean & cheese veggie burrito. Their red salsa/sauce is killer. Will definitely come back when I’m in town again.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options, just ask & they’ll make it.
