Service was terrible tonight! We didn't even get the food we ordered and what we did get was cold. Forget getting refills because you are lucky if you see your waitress twice. The bartender tonight was pounding drinks behind the bar, and drunkenly asked what they could do to improve the experience. They also charge you $5 to use a credit card now... that's the only change the new owners have implemented. Same. Old. Sunset. Hey Turtle has excellent service every visit with attentive staff and fresh food. Don't waste your money waiting at Sunset.

If I could leave a no star review I would. New owners came in. And everything is horrible. Wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place to eat on earth, if you leave a bad review on their Facebook page they get mad, delete your review and block you. Horrible people, will never get my money ever again.

Just ok. Sunday buffet was expensive for the offering. Food was cold. Server was receptive and helpful. Will be back to try dinner.

Visiting on vacation and it was the best service I have experienced my whole vacation. The staff was very friendly, food was amazing, and the view was remarkable.

We were there with 20 people tonight. We were given a private room which was awesome. Our server, Ashley did a wonderful job. All of our orders were correct and she was very attentive, a rare occurrence these days with that large of group! The food was delicious. Wonderful ribs! Everyone was happy with the food and service.

Wonderful restaurant with great views of the Ohio River. Their burgers are really great. Their ribeye dinner is now very expensive, but the rest of the menu is relatively reasonably priced. They have added back some of their comfort foods, such as country fried steak, but still have not added them all back. Their sides are very good, such as mashed potatoes, green beans, etc. There is ample onsite parking, and they often have live music on their patio. It is a fun place to be and I would highly recommend patronizing this restaurant,

Lunch took over an hour and they were slow at the time. The meat on the cheese steak sandwich was undercooked,the bun was burnt and no peppers. The chicken sandwich was the size of my palm (small) and had black mold on the lettuce, terrible!!!
I have eaten here several times before and the food was good, this time I got takeout, was I ever disappointed! The hamburger was plain, no lettuce, cheese or tomato and my BLT was not toasted and no mayo on the bread and the tomato was so thin you could see thru it! I thought it would be a double decker, but it was not. I ordered fries with bacon and cheese, and they were in a big chunk! All stuck together, I had to throw them away! Maybe they have a new cook and if they do you need to do further training!

Well based on trip advisor we decided to give this a try after a concert at belterra. Nice evening and thought we would sit outside... first, a family of six was there also outside, with three dogs, and a man with no shirt on. The smallest dog got out of his collar several times and one time the waitress picked him up. Two of the folks kept walking to the parking area and back with two of the dogs, past the other customers. One dog was constantly barking. Several other customers commented as they left. The coke tasted like chlorine. The waitresses seemed disorganized but kind. Wings were good but my husband's wings didn't have their sauce on them except one. It's a real shame because the previous reviews shared how good the food is. I know everyone around this event did not appreciate the constant dog barking let alone the disruptions of the dogs getting loose and visiting tables. The afterthought of the waitress holding the one dog and serving folks helped me make the decision to throw away my extra wings. What a shame

Really nice restaurant. Set right on the river with more porch than interior space. Reasonable pricing $20 for entree and appetizer. Staff was nice and attentive. I had the river onion ( blooming onion)well within acceptable standards. Nice size for two. I had the liver and onions, portion could have been larger but it was well cooked and a pleasant surprise on the menu. Sides were mashed potatoes and green beans.....the green beans were excellent, like granny used to make and I still do. Service was a little slow but I wasn't in a hurry. Overall a really nice way to spend a Sunday. Food view and staff all were excellent.

They have the BEST WINGS EVER!!!! Their soups are great also. And if you want a mix drink it definitely is the place to go. !

Some of the best pork ribs I have had in a long time and they make a great fresh Angus beef burger. You can dine and enjoy sitting on the deck watching the river. This facility was recommended by the desk person at our hotel and we enjoyed it so much we went there twice in the 4 days we were in the area vacationing.
