Burger Restaurants in West Liberty

“I called just now to see if they was open cause of our bad weather, well some guy answered and I said I was just calling to see if you was open he say (yes we are unfortunately) I said thank you he says ya and hung up. Wish I knew who that was. People like that push you away from a place. The food is great I can say that and tell the truth breakfast is amazing all is good on the food part but just the worker can make ya not want to come back.“

“I love their chocolate and Carmel moo latte and they have a decent flamethrower burger as well. Breakfast is great also. I would usually either eat outside or go through the drive through if I didn't have time to stop and enjoy the birds flying by and maybe see a few classic cars go by.“

“This places mangers are absolutely pathetic. First they mess up your order, when you go in to tell them about it they lie and say I know it was in there. They get very rude and calling you a liar (plus a lot more) saying you just want something for free when you just want what you paid for on the receipt (never got the 2nd fry still).Then you call to talk to a different manager and they hang up the phone on you. I wouldn't tell anyone to go here, or I will never spend another time there. I've worked in customer service for years, you don't treat people like that when they come in completely nice asking them to fix a mistake they made. Corp needs to hire better people working there!“
