Burger Restaurants in West Liberty

“Ate here this morning after a long night. I was grouchy and was a little rude to the young man behind the corner when we got there. The sign says mix and match breakfast sandwiches two for $5. However, they don't offer that for all their sandwiches. So after talking to my children and everybody washing hands, I came back through and the young man at the register offered to put a coupon code in so we could get the breakfast sandwiches we wanted which were the bacon ones. It was above and beyond what he had to do and after having been rude to him I felt it was very graceful of him. Food was great. Coffee there is pretty good too. Restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. Would definitely return!“

“This places mangers are absolutely pathetic. First they mess up your order, when you go in to tell them about it they lie and say I know it was in there. They get very rude and calling you a liar (plus a lot more) saying you just want something for free when you just want what you paid for on the receipt (never got the 2nd fry still).Then you call to talk to a different manager and they hang up the phone on you. I wouldn't tell anyone to go here, or I will never spend another time there. I've worked in customer service for years, you don't treat people like that when they come in completely nice asking them to fix a mistake they made. Corp needs to hire better people working there!“
