I had placed an order and was told after paying and waiting an hour and a half that my call was a prank call and they wasn't making my order after I had paid and set and waited. the 3 women at the counter was hateful and rude I will never be treated like that again I promise I wouldn't recommend West Liberty little ceasers to anyone human or animal
You hardly ever get a Hot and Ready Pizza here. You usually have to wait. Usually 30 minute wait time, Sometimes longer. When you do happen to get a Hot and Ready pizza, You either get get a pizza that looks like its a reheated pizza, taste like 2 days old, or the crust isnt done all the way. 1 out of 20 visits here you will get a great pizza. After placing an order online and receiving an email stating it is ready for pick up we still had to wait 30 minutes for our food. Part of the order was done and left on the counter for over 15 minutes instead of being placed in a warmer waiting for the remaining of the order to be finished. The employee stated he is currently I’ll and was handling the food and containers. Another employees shirt touched the food multiple times as he was reaching over the food for other items....read full review
