Called in order said it would be 20 minutes. Went through drive -window and paid. Order not ready had to pull ahead and wait.
Waited for 15 minutes. Total time was 30 minutes.
No apologizes.
Pizza was undercooked and so were breadsticks.
Raw pizza dough, not good!!

I had placed an order and was told after paying and waiting an hour and a half that my call was a prank call and they wasn't making my order after I had paid and set and waited. the 3 women at the counter was hateful and rude I will never be treated like that again I promise I wouldn't recommend West Liberty little ceasers to anyone human or animal

Online minu doesn't have correct prices or updated photos. Afraid to eat there now.

Pizza is NEVER hot and ready. Never. Waited almost half an hour on last visit and still didn’t leave with pizza. Plus prices keep going up. $5 pizza went to $6 and now is $6.79 before tax. Much better pizza at any of the other pizza places in West Liberty for only a few dollars more. Do NOT waste your time here. Even the crazy bread, wings and cheesy bread are not good.

Service is always great. They get so busy, but the employees always hold it down and offer polite service. They get you taken care of and out the door as quickly as possible.

Kid-friendliness: They're kind to my kids every time.

Parking: It's a parking lot. You can park your car there if you want to. Lol. No, but it is a little tight at times when you need to back out of a space. They do have that drive thru, tho! So there's that. ?

Wheelchair accessibility: It is for sure accessible to wheelchairs. No doubt about it.

Never and I mean never do they ever have hot and ready pizza ready… most all the people working are so stoned out of their mind and can’t even understand what you trying to order.. in my opinion they should lock the doors on this drug house.. and shut it down.. .. it’s a shame.. limited on an out to eat place in this small town but scared to death of catching something..
