This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. No lids stocked at the pop machine, no sweet n sour sauce, the dining room was dirty, and they still messed our order up. They handled fixing the order, but the older lady in the front with short hair was snappy. I can understand them being out of certain items, it’s not their faults, but jeez if you’re going to be down that bad atleast keep your restaurant clean and stocked with what you do have.

A year later after my last review... This place is still trash. The new chicken strips. Awful. Mocha coffee. Way too sweet and odd tasting. Shut this place down and replace it with a Wendy's

Mannn. I'll tell you this. I'd of never been served walking through the drive through in Toledo. Here I was starving so I humbled myself and knocked on the window. I was not only welcomed and served but the hospitality shown at a McDonalds... that doesn't exist up north. Thanks

This McDonald’s is the worst one I’ve ever been too. I ordered and Big Mac and a 4 piece strip and I got pulled up for 25 mins then when I finally got my food the strips were cold, coke was pure carbon water and the Big Mac was a mess! How is this place even still open???

This places mangers are absolutely pathetic. First they mess up your order, when you go in to tell them about it they lie and say I know it was in there. They get very rude and calling you a liar (plus a lot more) saying you just want something for free when you just want what you paid for on the receipt (never got the 2nd fry still).Then you call to talk to a different manager and they hang up the phone on you. I wouldn't tell anyone to go here, or I will never spend another time there. I've worked in customer service for years, you don't treat people like that when they come in completely nice asking them to fix a mistake they made. Corp needs to hire better people working there!

Met with family, nice, quiet and clean place. Has a spacious parking lot.
Parking: Good parking area on both sides of the restaurant.
Probably one of the sorriest McDonald's we have ever been into. Not only was the staff incredibly slow, they were rude when we ask if we could get a tomato to cover the sandwich, which we paid extra for!!!! Pretty sorry sizes too McDonald's...it barely comes to the top of our cupholder in our car!!! Don't waste your time or money here.
