We ordered carry out on the app for in store pickup. The Staff was very busy but kind and professional. We ordered sandwiches with no cheese and the stickers on them said no cheese but there was cheese 🤣. We were also short 2 fries in our order so word to the wise, always check your order before you leave 😉
Mannn. I'll tell you this. I'd of never been served walking through the drive through in Toledo. Here I was starving so I humbled myself and knocked on the window. I was not only welcomed and served but the hospitality shown at a McDonalds... that doesn't exist up north. Thanks
This places mangers are absolutely pathetic. First they mess up your order, when you go in to tell them about it they lie and say I know it was in there. They get very rude and calling you a liar (plus a lot more) saying you just want something for free when you just want what you paid for on the receipt (never got the 2nd fry still).Then you call to talk to a different manager and they hang up the phone on you. I wouldn't tell anyone to go here, or I will never spend another...
