Awful experience through the drive thru. I just wanted a coffee not hear hear people complain about how customers drive. It’s a shame no one can go through a drive thru anymore and be greeted with a smile at the least instead the lady taking my money just turned her head and then didn’t even look at me to hand me my coffee.

Biscuits and gravy were ice cold. Biscuits were hard. Gravy didn't have sausage in it. All the other dairy queens have sausage gravy. This was gross. It's nothing but wet flour on dry flour

I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in a long time. My wife and I were traveling and went through the driver thru for a quick lunch. I used to love the flamethrower burger. The burger patties they use now are disgusting. It is one of the lowest quality patties I have ever had from a fast food place. I don't know why they changed it, but I will never go to a Dairy Queen again unless I'm getting ice cream.

I have been here since November of last year I enjoy going into the Dairy Queen however when they get new employees I orders are done incorrectly yet when I go back in the manager always makes it right
