They can't ever get the order right. Every time I go to this place something is either forgotten or not correct. Worst one in the chain. I dread when this kids ask for it and this is the closest one unfortunately.

Food wasn't what I ordered and I went in to sit down. I ate it because it was hot and close to my order. Service was great! My meal was less than I thought it would be! Table was not clean and it was a very small place and very very busy. Almost couldn't find a parking spot to park in due to double line in drive thru and so I had to wait to even get parked and go in. Kind of inconvenient. But I understand they can't control that.

If you dine in there is a feeling of depression about the place, but that's the average McDonald's these days. This particular location almost always clears your order if you use the mobile app so they have to ask you what you ordered, or they'll straight up bring you the wrong thing after they pull you to a waiting space. They also don't really use enough salt and pepper to taste it on the burger, so it's kind of bland. The fries are usually a little old unless you come during a heavy traffic time.

Our food was hot and tasty, the order was correct, and the employees were friendly. The dining room, as well as the restroom, was clean.
Needs work in all areas. Burger was thrown together and all over the box. Fries tasted like cardboard.

I would be ashamed if I was this stores manager. It's the only place I've consistently went and they've messed up 95% without exaggerating. Thankfully for them their the only McDonald's in whitesburg. The employees always stop to take a smoke/vape break when they run food out to the pulled cars. There's never anyone on the inside register... this store needs new management and a rehall.
