I would be ashamed if I was this stores manager. It's the only place I've consistently went and they've messed up 95% without exaggerating. Thankfully for them their the only McDonald's in whitesburg. The employees always stop to take a smoke/vape break when they run food out to the pulled cars. There's never anyone on the inside register... this store needs new management and a rehall.

We got food at this McDonald's last night pretty much everything was in there except no fries and the food was cold everybody in there needs fired they have no clue what they're doing I hope this gets out to the McDonald's franchise y'all need to step it up get some help do something for this McDonald's will be shut down or I will own it

I applied at McDonald's cause I needed some extra cash and was looking forward to it so I get to orientation and the lady that does orientation was very rude she didn't give me time to get my social security card and told me I was wasting her time I also had another job and she started orientation late and I asked her if I could come back and do orientation another day she rudely replied no I won't even have your paper work done by 5 she was very rude and I feel for anyone that applies at McDonald's I wouldnt work at McDonald's if it was the last job in the world this place is the absolute worst place to work
Customer service is non-existance here. The kiosks were not working, and I spent more time trying to place my own order than if the girl had taken my order. She flat refused to take my order and would ignore me when I tried to talk to her.
What happened to customer service!! I know that the world is moving to automation on everything. But come one! When your system is not working, you should help your paying customers that keep you employed.
