I placed an online order. The partial blind guy took my order. I drove to pick it up and the order was totally wrong. He argued with me about the order. I ordered Flan that I didn't get and had to drive back there then he wanted to charge me for it again. I ordered a drink also and he got a menu so I could point out what it was. He then went to make it and had no clue how to make it. another waitress had to stop what she was doing to make the drink. Terrible service today and will not eat there again if he is working there.

My husband and I spent over $40 on our food, we ordered two of the fajitas Bandera and a Hawaiian pizza. The fajitas Bandera was lacking flavor, nothing special. The Hawaiian pizza, we noticed the ham on the pizza looked off, looked grey. So we got to looking and it’s the ham and cheese that you get from the deli, the pizza itself is 13.99, so why would you use a deli ham and cheese? and not only that but it was spoiled, we smelled it and it was absolutely rotted!
I will never eat there again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went to Sazon today which looked to be no one there so we was like hell yeah we'll get good food quick...went in and the host was very sweet to us, we sit down and get our drinks, then we order. My wife got her fajita nachos on fries, fries were not even seasoned, steak and vegetables were on the more burnt side. I got the Taquitos for my meal and it says on menu 4 taquitos with guacamole salad so I wanted that. Got to the table and there was only 2 Taquitos, rice and beans, about a small container of sour cream and way to much pico, so I asked the server like where's my other 2? Oh you wanted the lunch portion so that's what I gave you. No I read that it said 4. Nothing about 2. The insides were dry, rice was hard, and the beans were disgusting. So to make this short, I will never come back to this "establishment." If that's what they call it. Never argue with your customers. No tip left btw especially not for being rude!!!
