Do not come here!!!!! It took over 30 minutes to get our food and when we got it stuff was missing and a lot of it was made incorrectly. When we took the food up there to be fixed it took them 4 times to make a burrito with no sour cream. FOUR TIMES!!! Save your money and go to KFC.

I work at a taco Bell in Michigan, I am a night shift manager. I stopped here tonight to get food on my 14 hr drive home and honestly it sucked. I ordered 7 items. 3 soft tacos (which we're fine) a cheese quesadilla which wasn't steamed and was burnt but not cut, a cheesy bean and rice burrito add sour which was half portion bean, what tasted like day old crunchy rice and no sour, burnt and folded not wrapped. A stacker that was burnt and a 3cz melt that wasn't steamed and was not spread across the flatbread. As a food service worker I try to be as understanding as possible but this sucked guys. Sorry

This is the thrid visit in a row that I have been completely let down ! The food has MAYBE a 10th of the meat portion its supposed to have !! When you pay 7 dollars or more an item and get it home and theres 4 tiny pieces of chicken then a whole hand full of lettuce , your really upset!! If I wanted a salad , I would have got a salad!! Also theres always something not right with the order !! The workers are really friendly but it doesnt make up for getting ripped off on the products!!

Very Nice people, one of the very nice women that worked their gave me a discount on my drink when i only had 4$ (The drink was 4.15$) I didn't catch here name but she was extremely nice and deserves a promotion and a raise!

The people are always super nice and willing to help if needed! They are always so kind and never try to tuck you though! The prices are a little high but the workers can’t help that they are not who set prices
Went to get a crunchwrap, drove 20 minutes home only to find my crunch wrap had a hole in it, wasn't closed correctly and it's super cold. Not an ounce of heat in it. Tried to call, no answer. A waste of money.

During my latest visit I ordered the number one combo crunchy and supreme. I was halfway home when I realized that my tacos were not supreme. I turned around and went back and they replaced my order with the correct order. For the price difference between supreme and not supreme, I want my darn sour cream and tomato's! Not to mention with the price of gas being so high I don't like the fact that I had to waste gas to drive back to get something that should have been done right the first time. I had originally given them a 4 star review but they lost a ⭐ today due to their poor performance today.
