the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. We ordered a 10 pc nugget for our daughter and the manager only gave us fries, told her we were missing the nuggets and she slammed the window and walked away, came back a few seconds later and said we didn’t order nuggets to which we replied yes we asked for a number 3 and she said no you didn’t and shut the window in our faces.

The food was nice and fresh and the cashier was polite and friendly. The floors were very slick and they didn't have wet floor signs in the appropriate places. The women's bathroom floor was slick and the floor was gross. And there was only one roll of toilet paper between the two stalls.

Second time I’ve randomly stopped at this Wendy’s, but definitely my last. Everything was dirty – bathrooms, soda machine, counters, floors. Service was slow and surly. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely skip this one.

Went through the drive thru tonight got a cheeseburger deluxe, cheeseburger and cheese fries, and a bacon double stack biggie bag was $16 got home had no fries or chicken nuggets guy didn’t give me a receipt when I called and told them they said no receipt no food wasn’t my fault they messed up the order should get back my money for their screw up!!!😡😡😡

VERY long wait time, 20 minutes for chicken sandwich and fries. The gentleman who ordered before me was still waiting when I left. Who i assume was the supervisor was berating the other workers in front of customers. Zero customer service skills for the lady who took my order but maybe she was having a bad day.
