Older Wendy's. Most of the employees seemed barely present but one, the manager? Young woman with perfect cat eye makeup was exceptional! Restaurant was very clean and fully stocked. Food easily among the best I've had at Wendy's. Even though there when quiet, everything for everyone was hot and fresh. Enjoy!

I remember when I was strolling through Whitesburg this year, stopped at this location several times and the person that I was with constantly had to go inside and chew somebody out for messing up the order 😂 and just like everyone else in the area, you should pay your employees better.

Im saddened at how much this place has went down hill. I use to work here 10 years ago and we never was allowed to send out uncooked or old food. Yesterday I went to get some nuggets and they was not cooked all the way. So I took it back inside to tell the male manager. He then tried to argue that they was cooked even when i showed him they wasnt.

the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. We ordered a 10 pc nugget for our daughter and the manager only gave us fries, told her we were missing the nuggets and she slammed the window and walked away, came back a few seconds later and said we didn’t order nuggets to which we replied yes we asked for a number 3 and she said no you didn’t and shut the window in our faces.

Slowest fast food place in Whitesburg and they will definitely get your order wrong.
The food was nice and fresh and the cashier was polite and friendly. The floors were very slick and they didn't have wet floor signs in the appropriate places. The women's bathroom floor was slick and the floor was gross. And there was only one roll of toilet paper between the two stalls.

Second time I’ve randomly stopped at this Wendy’s, but definitely my last. Everything was dirty – bathrooms, soda machine, counters, floors. Service was slow and surly. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely skip this one.
