Drove all the way out to Whitesville to pick up a call in order. We ordered crab cakes and the girl made such a big production when we asked for a bag that we just took our food and left. Got home to find it was as fish, not crab cakes. When I called the manager made all kinds of excuses that was what was on the ticket. The food was cold. A total disappointment. Check your orders, people!

Ordered their burger week burger, drinks fries and a cheese burger. Specifically stated dressed, add mustard and NO MAYO. We paid and was told to go park and they'd let us know when it's ready. Watched at least 10 cars get their food and still noone letting us know it's ready. The husband went to the window and he had to wait thru another line of customers before asking for our food.. It was sitting on the counter. After leaving, pulled over down the road to eat and SURPRISE. My cheeseburger had nothing on it but a big scoop of mayo. I do not recommend this restaurant. They have one drive up window. You place your order there and either go re-enter the drive thru line or park. Meanwhile, the other cars are doing the same and blocking your view of that window where the employee is supposed to wave at you when your food is ready. The food itself is mediocre at best and that's when they get your order right. Usually, something is wrong or missing in the order. Do not recommend!! P.S. called to let them know the order was wrong and I was given the choice to return but she didn't give me the option to get my money returned on my debit card. Never going back there again!!

Love this place. All the young people who works here is so nice snd friendly. Really starting off there future at there first job. Cant complain about anything at this place. Everything sbeen good and fresh. Its a treat since theres no where else to go out to eat near home butthis diamond. Thanks for the hard hot work.

The food was definitely on point. The server at the window wouldn’t listen to my kid when he tried to tell them what he ordered that was wrong. She cut him off told him she took his order , knew what he ordered , and shut the window. There were 4 orders at the window ahead of us. We waited well over 20 minutes for the first order and had ordered a second order while waiting … waited a full 20 for that and it was a grilled cheese and cheese balls. Seems like it would be a great place to eat , if the staff could get it together . As far as food, I had the tenderloin (ordered how I like it) and spicy chili cheese fries, both were great! First visit, but won’t be back. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one.Also watched a man get ignored at window for at least 5 minutes , when he did speak to them to let them know he had a call in order she cut him off and told him she would be with him in a minute.
