If you want Subway for dinner tonight, do not go to the restaurant in Whitley City. The lady working says she is too busy making 3 sandwiches to wait on anyone. I would have gladly waited but she was perfectly clear she didn’t want to and couldn’t wait on me because of the 3 sandwiches she had to make.

Very rude employees. Boy was in ball cap and tattoos the girl employee was outside in her vehicle for 15 minutes. They had no customers and was hanging the phone up on a customer trying to place an order. Spoke with Curtis the manager and didn’t feel good about that conversation either. Got our sandwiches and left. Do not recommend this rude service to anyone.

I went to the restaurant and ordered my food and on the menu it says that footlong meatball sandwiches are $8.19 I went to pay for my food and they're telling me that they're $12 a piece. She said they have to charge it as the number six on the menu instead of as a meatball marinara. That's complete false advertisement. I was not very happy because I was charged $10 more than I should have been for two sandwiches. I should not have even bought the sandwiches I should have just walked out because that's ridiculous.

Subs were supposed to be toasted, none of the 3 ordered even had the cheese melted. Staff refused to cook subs longer, even when asked to do so. Took a very long time for all the subs to be done. Almost no preparation behind the counter. The staff is very undertrained and rude.

I wish I caught the name of the gentleman behind the counter. He and all the customers he helped while I was in line were gracious and personable. Thank you for an excellent sandwich and genuine well wishes. I hope our paths cross again.

Evertime I order on the app it's never done when I get to the store, the last two time I have been there the same rude boy had been there, i think he need to be fired. they never have anything but white bread a bad place to order
