Normally this place is pretty good. Most the workers are really friendly, the foods normally pretty good too. But tonight at 12AM, we got food for my mother's birthday dinner. We got 3 burritos, 1 cup of fiesta potatoes, 1 nachos and cheese, and 1 nacho fries. 2 of the burritos had chicken in them, the food was all cold besides the fries, the chicken was cold and almost wet which was odd, but looking at and tasting it confirmed it was raw. The potatoes were hard. The only good items were the fries and nachos.

I ordered tonight I believe the guy Jarrod did something to are food or he put something in it I’ve not had this kind of sickness since I’ve had the flu shot 9 years ago do not go to Whitley Taco Bell they were all rude I asked if I said something or did something wrong said no it was his headset so me wondering u been rude like that all night went at 9 9:30 pm still sick and it’s 11 pm in the bathroom are whole family is sick thank god we have two bathrooms I believe they put something in are food for real

I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of this Taco Bell. The service is inconsistent, and the food often doesn't meet expectations. The employees seem unprofessional, there honestly is a select few that actually take their jobs seriously, and they frequently run out of items. Unfortunately, I can't recommend dining at this location.
Honestly when they first put the Taco Bell here in town it was nice the service was okay and the food was made as it should but now well they have declined a lot, they are constantly out of things they skimp on giving you food most of the time if you customize your order it will not come as it should not to mention you’ll barely have any meat on your food, when it’s late at night and they are supposed to be open they will either say they are closed or just out of everything so they can’t serve you not to mention the employees are kinda rude and just well not professional during Halloween they were high and seemed to be having sex out by the dumpsters which is disgusting, don’t even waste your money you might as well just go to McDonalds at least they will serve you correctly and just serve you in general it’s really sad cause everyone in town was so excited once we got Taco Bell and now it’s just a shit show and a poor excuse for a restaurant I genuinely do not recommend eating here at all they need to restart or something cause it’s terrible

This place needs new food prep employees. Almost every time we go there's something made wrong. But this was the worst so far. The burrito was almost empty it was a big empty tortilla, and then the nachos have like 1 scoop of beef no beans and the smallest drop of cheese! This is crazy. And not even close to closing! It was 2 hours before closing time. I think they have some employees on evenings/nights that hate their jobs and they're taking it out on the customers. Money is tight for everyone now so this is really cruel.
