08/24/25 around 8pm - I wish I had caught the name of the young man at the counter—he was exceptionally polite, helpful, and engaging, with a genuine smile. He clearly took pride in doing a great job, and that level of service truly stood out. Experiences like this are rare in fast food today, and it’s the reason this Arby’s has earned a 5-star review from me.

Either fix your intercom at the drive-through or teach your employees how to respond appropriately when they can’t hear someone due to a faulty intercom system. I’m positive this restaurant chain can afford an adequate speaker system. As a result of the shortcoming, orders are wrong. It’s frustrating To communicate

We stopped on our road trip. Service was fast and friendly.
We had our usual brisket meals and enjoyed them, as usual. My only complaint was that the condiment dispensers were almost empty so I had difficulty getting sauces for the fries and sandwich.
