Either fix your intercom at the drive-through or teach your employees how to respond appropriately when they can’t hear someone due to a faulty intercom system. We stopped on our road trip. Service was fast and friendly.
We had our usual brisket meals and enjoyed them, as usual. My only complaint was that the condiment dispensers were almost empty so I had difficulty getting sauces for the fries and sandwich.
Inside is clean, food is fine. But, it took forever when there's almost no one here and drivethru the same. Everyone(the 3 of us in the store) waiting 10-15+ minutes each for food. Sauce dispenser not stocked of all sauces. Soda fountain the same.

I LOVE Arby's. It's a requirement for any road trip. This location gave me crinkle fries instead of curly fries. Who even prefers crinkle fries instead of curly fries?! Very sad when I realized the mistake but I was already back on the road. Will for sure confirm the fries in future orders for accuracy!
