The bathrooms smelled like crap n the fuel lanes we're full of garbage n debris..y'all need to do a better job

We were at the Williamsburg,KY Pilot at 5:30 am & had the best cashier Ashley take care of us. We were tired from traveling & she suggested to sign up for the Pilot rewards program to save us $ & made our visit very pleasant. She was super nice to every customer.

It was nice when I made the visit. Restrooms were clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. For some reason the distance between the pumps and the front door seem a bit compact but this is a good thing because some pumps at some gas stations are about soldier field football stadium length to the door which isn't good for a lot of people. I'd stop here again.

Don’t know why Cinnabon is advertised, yes you can get some cold hard Cinnabons, but the cold brew coffee etc advertised is just get your own gas station coffee

Right off interstate 75 exit 11, let me start off with the small available parking spots for truckers unless you get real lucky and I would definitely not recommend parking at Walmart overnight either, the employees are nice and very helpful, there are plenty of restaurants in the area but I usually just park here and walk over to Walmart and do my shopping.

Bad place to stop for a restroom. Small, dirty bathrooms, lots of people waiting in a small space where you get hit by the door as people open it. They have a Wendy's and Cinnabon attached.

Awesome stop on our way to Illinois. Easy in and out of fuel isle. Lots of space, and many diesel fuel isles. Really friendly staff inside. An "A+" for the employees here, including the cashier, and friendly service and staff at the Wendy's. Clean, well organized store. Clean restrooms too! There is a Wendy's and a Cinnabon inside. Also a Burger King and Walmart across the street. The Wendy's breakfast was great!!!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This is a really nice gas station. I will usually choose Pilot over others because they are much bigger, nicer and cleaner. Inside the convenient store is really nice, and they even have a Wendy's attached to it! They've also got showers in the back, which I'm pretty sure are free. They did have self checkouts, however they were down when I was there. Out of the smaller gas stations nearby, this one had the cheapest price the time we were there. Definitely come here if you need to make a pit stop!

Yummmmmmy! Just try to resist that cinnamon sweet pecan fragrance as you walk through Pilot travel center. The lady inside working most often is super helpful and will heat your selection (or not) just the way you like it. My favorite is the center of the roll, but minibons and straight up rolls are also great. Also serving iced coffee drinks.
