This location has some of the friendliest workers. The food is really good for the price. The banana pudding shake is a favorite here. The service is FAST. We routinely get 5+ shakes at a time and they are quick at making them. The only downfall is the dining room is closed and not sure if it will ever be open. We don’t mind. You can also order at the walk up window.

Always wanted to stop here. Definitely not what I expected. Service and staff was good the food not so much. The burger reminded me of soy burgers tbh and well u just didn't get many fries or onion rings as well for the price. Will not be going back.

I've always heard a lot about Cookout, but hadn't tried it until today. I cant believe how good the burgers are. Or how perfectly the corn dogs and bush puppies taste. For fast food, this is the restaurant to go to if you are in the area where one exists.

Corporate really needs to get this one in line. This location was the worst I have ever been to. The employees were throwing food at each other. Nobody taking orders.

My family and I ordered our food and the person taking our order didn’t know what was on the menu and what wasn’t. We then waited for 20 minutes only to see our food sitting on a counter next to the window while all the workers were either on their phone or throwing food at each other. After we got our food, several items were missing and took a few more minutes to get. At this point there were multiple other people waiting on their food as well, all of which was on the counter for who knows how long. Food is also sloppy and not deserving of such a struggle to get.

The lobby has been closed for years, so no dine in at all. Walk up window or drive through. The food has always been good with a decent variety and enough to eat but not generous on the serving sizes in comparison to the price. Service starts out great and turns lackluster as things are forgotten, left out or just wrong. Check your orders before you drive off. The shakes are the best part and they do completely outdo their competitors.
