I usually really enjoy cookout. Today while I was in the drive though the woman taking my order was not only rude, but because she had interrupted me she got my order wrong even after I tried to clarify what was on my sandwich. When I go through the drive through I like to tell them the sandwich I'm getting and everything on it. In the past when I tell them to add pickles and onions that's all that they will add. She cut me off telling me the sandwich already had lettuce...
5 stars based on being great fast food. Yes I’ve had a better burger but the combo of taste, fast and super friendly service makes it 5 stars to me. Please keep hiring the great staff and reward the ones you have now.
