Went thru the drive thru tonight bc we hadn't had KFC in a while and thought it would be amazing. The biscuits were hard, the chicken was dry and some parts were so hard they were inedible, the soda was flat, and even one of the sauces was either expired or something bc it did not taste like honey mustard it tasted very off, so off i had to throw it away. The coleslaw was ok and the mashed potatoes was ok. I wish to god we would have went Somewhere else bc that was 30 dollars wasted. Thanks

Ordered potato wedges got tiny and hard pieces so I walked back to the counter ask for better ones the guys put two small hard potato wedges on the top of what I had already instead of throwing them out, so I go back to the counter I told them to get me some fries since they couldn’t do no better with the wedges Not sure who the manager was but the older guy and the taller guy with long hair that folds up around his cap were very rude, I think they done that on purpose I’m 61 and I’ve ate at the Williamsburg KFC most of my life I have never had a bad experience like I had today Tuesday Feb.3,2026 @1:40pm ticket 4619

Ordered two sandwiches, fries and Mac and cheese, only got the sandwiches and one side of Mac and cheese, went back still only got Mac and cheese in the second bag. Sandwiches were okay Mac and cheese was awful, no flavor. Can’t review the fries because I didn’t get any, 4/10 for me

Went to order dined in could not talk cause of the music being so loud in lobby. When asked manager to turn it down he looked at me like are you serious right now. Finally turned it down. KFC needs to train their employees better.

We ordered catering from KFC, Williamsburg KY, over the weekend for our office. Everything went so well and it was exactly how we wanted!
Thank you Nick (the store manager) for taking care of this order. Nick was not only professional but very detail-oriented and considerate. He called two days ahead to confirm the order and the number of people. The delivery was right on time. The food was nicely packaged, fresh and hot when arrived. There was appropriate amount of utensil and condiment for everyone; because of that, cleanup was fast and easy.
We’re very pleased with our order and the service. This is what fast-casual is all about! Well done, KFC Williamsburg Ky. Thank you very much!

I ordered 3 pc all dark combo meal today at 225p got to work to find only 2 pcs of chicken. This second time in a row order was shorted! Ticket #1551 8/29/2025 @ 2:25p.
I came through on the way to the beach and they did a great job. The little, short girl at the register at the front was so nice! She was so helpful and polite. I wish more people at restaurants were like her. They did a great job. Thank you again!

The $7 fill up ( 3tenders fry and drink) and a small side of slaw. My total ended up being almost $14. I asked for a small side of slaw but was charged for and got a large, no worries I will eat all that slaw, probably not. I was also asked what sauce I wanted, I asked for honey mustard and of course there was no honey mustard. I did call the store but I wasn't about to drive back for honey mustard, but next time I will hold up the line to make sure I have what I ordered before I pull off. I wish I could have gave this kfc a 5 star but I can't eat all this slaw, and my chicken would have been better with honey mustard

This is not a place to comeback, Food was oily manager was not will to rectify his wrong order.. he had to make my order 3 times and 3rd time got the right order but too oily, I have been to other KFC’s and food is never too oily… will not come again or suggest anyone…
