How do you get 2 orders together...but totally forget one of them? And based on these reviews, you probably need to clean out the whole house. Get some workers that can take simple orders and instructions (as that is their job..) Please and thank you..👎

i’m the only car in line they tell me to wait to order then when i get up to the window there’s like 5 of them standing there drinking ice coffee when i only ordered 3 mcchickens i’ve worked at a mcdonald’s before it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make them even at 1 in the morning

Went through the drive thru and the employee was so rude gave us the wrong order and when I corrected her she got an attitude. I've worked with people before and if I was as rude as they were I would of been fired no questions asked. Do train your people better.

We travel I-75 sevrial times a year past Williamsburg, Ky. Decided to stop at the McDonald's in Williamsburg on 12-21-2025 at 2:10 pm. We ordered one Quater Pounder and a Chesburger meal. Had to pull forward and waited 12 minutes on our food, hello!! YOU stop at McDonald's for speed. No sorry it took so long from the employee! We got back on I-75 north bound and started to eat our meal. My Quater Pounder was cold and the bund was flaky, not fresh. My wife ate one cheese burger and open the second one. Big surprise!! The cheese burger must have been left over from the noon lunch hour. The total burger was hard, bun, meat and cheese. So pass on this McDonald's in Williamsburg, KY if you don't want to wait and want food that you can eat. Poor, Poor service, politeness and food. PS, NO NAPKINS IN THE BAG!!

I honestly do not understand how this happens so often. It had the correct ticket but the food is always somehow messed up. Extra onions, yet not a single piece anywhere.. I can understand when it's busy. But I was 1 of 2 cars.

So I just stopped here with my four kids. They forgot our sweet tea and apparently got hungry filling our bag and took a literal bite out of the hash brown and put it back in the bag! I’m absolutely disgusted. Who in the hell does that?? So thanks to your disgusting workers for that!

Quick stop on the road..it's MickieD's..I feel like there's gotta be some real extra magical something to get all 5⭐️..I got a cheeseburger, fries, a sprite, & some nugs for later 😋
We went and got the new Grinch meals ($12) but they just gave us a normal meal ($8) in a grinch box. Then refused to give us a refund. Not only was my family disappointed but they ripped me off almost $20. We will never eat here AGAIN!! There was also no sauce
