Breakfast was the worst ever and the last few mornings was told to pull up in a not so nice tone. We will never be there again. The young rude girl at pick up window on Friday morning, May 9, 2025 needs training on service.

Refused to refund my money after I placed an oder online. After waiting at pickup for a horribly long time employee finally came out telling everyone the location was closed for two hours for construction. Money was still taken out of my account and restaurant will not refund it.
Some people should not be allowed to have or keep a franchise if they have such low standards… dirty drink station that hasn’t been kept up with cleaning(I mean weekly/monthly cleaning of the system) one machine out of ice, dirty tables and floors not clean(again, not just from a single day) … serving fries way past their time and cold , dry sandwiches just nuked to be heated up….a shame

Didn’t get creamer had to wait an hour for food, worker gave me dirty look and her hands were dirty overall I was coming into Kentucky on business just wanted to remember what the good old days were like and how McDonald’s used to taste im utterly devastated and disappointed
