It was very understaffed, even though they tried their best to get things done quick the store is very packed while there was one person working
I went to buy sandwich they said Vini quit than I actually went to buy subway but I wanted however Vini use to make sandwiches I have expected that same from other people but they have not made my sandwich at all how I want now I m not at all satisfied to be honest the sandwich how I want they have not made at all they were so rude and mean to me not even smiling face not even greeting customer friendly their service is not good at all .....if they're frustrated on their personal matter than they come to work and taking out their frustrations on customers that's not right......they have bad day that doesn't mean that they can be rude with customers...only I know there was a girl named Vini Patel who was working here she makes my sandwich I don't have repeat myself every time Its not at all mine sandwiches but about her other customers also talk about her they miss her Vini Patel she was the best services giving to customers and happy face talking so nice with all...... I miss her too Vini was the best sandwich artist I have Ever had in my life I have been never seen that kind of sandwich made and taste ever at any other subway ......now onwards my self not coming to buy sandwich even other customers not willing to come over their to eat sandwiches I miss Vini I will be back when Vini is here working with many of regular people other wise we will never be back.
Poorly managed. I ordered food they let me pay and then told me they didn't have my change.. literally $12 so then told me I'd have to wait til the manager came and let me tell ya the manager is in no hurry. Very horrible way to manage and run a business that's forsure. But at least the the regular employee was nice.
Omg! Vini Patel is awesome! Patient with customers and makes a sub to exact specifications! She doesn't rush you. Takes her time and makes sure everything is to your liking.
I tried to call to give a compliment, but office staff didn't answer. But I had to tell the company some way just how good this employee is.
They never answer the phone so you can check on something they have before you order it online crazy

Friendly faces great service good food
There was one young lady working in the whole store. She did an awesome job, orders kept coming in, and she worked those in between waiting on customer! She should be recognized she is an outstanding employee!!!!!!
Door dashing not input on anything
The server wasn't very friendly,also she was super skimpy with all of the ingredients of our subs.I was really kind of shocked and didn't say anything but after paying the price for 4 six inch pieces of bread with hardly any meat and a few veggies and a bit of a attitude even making that for us...well .I won't be returning there for awhile. What goes around usually comes around... I will add that the bun and what little that was on them was fresh and restaurant was clean .

Last night 11/03/2024 while we was at this Subway the regional manager Teresa Gray was there. This has to be the most impertinent and unpleasant person ever. This lady shouldn’t be in a position where she has any contact with customers or employees. We will never back inside this Subway again and will also be filing a formal complaint with corporate office. I will be following up on this complaint and if corporate don’t do anything we will write subway off completely.

Two women were there; one was restocking the food, and the other was talking very poorly of the customers before me. For the customers before me, the payment method fell through, and they were too busy laughing about them and completely ignored that I was waiting to receive help. Once, the one with pink hair finally noticed I was there and ultimately got my bread type wrong, and when I pointed it out, she didn't even offer to fix or change it. Once we got to checking out, the woman forgot to give me a cup for my drink. Overall, the experience could have been better.
Gross. Didn't wash hands or change gloves.

No salad bowls so no salads. No gluten-free alternatives. Had to leave to find another place to eat.
I want to give a big shout out to Maddie (I think that was her name, dark hair and braids) we stopped on the way home and she was all by herself with 6 people in front of us, and she was so calm and really kept everyone chill and she worked her butt off. I know it is hard to keep people, but Shane on the manager for not coming in to help her when the other person didn’t show up- but I digress. This is about her and what a wonderful job she did on Saturday Aug 3! You go girl! I would have locked the doors and said I was going home until I got help, so kudos to her. That type work ethic is hard to find now a days (just look at the person that didn’t shore up at all) if you are ever in Louisville, call me- I will find you a great job!!!
Our subs were perfect and we were happy even with a wait.
