I don’t understand what is going on but the blonde flamboyant teenage boy who is always at the window at night is so incredibly rude . It’s my third time having a bad interaction with him weather he slams the window in my face as I’m speaking or he makes backhanded comments about how I didn’t say a menu item correctly. I usually am very polite and respectful of workers and I totally understand and have delt with customer service but he is just flat out rude . There are so many great employees there and there used to be very sweet employees at the window and in general at the restaurant but he is really putting a bad reputation on that place. There was also a time where I was with one of my guy friends and he asked the guy for his number. In return my friend said no and the employee slammed the door in his face and scoffed . I get that Taco Bell isn’t a high end place but he is just flat out rude and backhanded constantly. It’s very sad to watch

Seems like they're trying to force you to get extra beef because it was basically nonexistent on my soft Tacos and the Pepsi was flat. Want my money back.
Beef burrito supreme and two soft tacos. Perfect like always. Quick in and out. Nice dining area.

So we don’t eat meat we ordered everything that we ordered with potatoes in it and there was a bite of chicken in our bowl and there was a bite of chicken in my spicy potatoes taco and I have pictures to prove this. I went back and wanted to talk to the manager. They basically laughed in my face. And said no refund.
