So we don’t eat meat we ordered everything that we ordered with potatoes in it and there was a bite of chicken in our bowl and there was a bite of chicken in my spicy potatoes taco and I have pictures to prove this. I went back and wanted to talk to the manager. They basically laughed in my face. And said no refund.

The employees were all out in front of the store smoking and cursing and talking vulgarly very loudly. I left as soon as I got my food as opposed to dining in. Probably will not be back.

Im a manager at tsc one of my employees picked up an order for me over 30 dollars and it was cold and the sour cream was non existent and when I called and talked to the manager he wasn't apologetic he was actually rude and told me he would replace it but I have to have my receipt which I don't bc my employee threw it away poor customer service all around

I was having an absolutely horrible night, I came thru the drive through, and a man named Josh took my order. He was one of the sweetest people I’ve met. He brought my food out to me, and told me to have an amazing night, along with some small talk. Ive never felt more welcomed in any restaurant. Thank you, Josh, for showing me a little light on my dark day :) ❤️ 10/10, will be back! Give Josh a raise!!
We are on the way to Ontario Canada, on the way we stopped at Tacobell Drive thru. This was one of the best Tacobell we ate! Food was extremely good and Hot! I was amazed!

Employees were very slow an confused??? seems to not care about much- order was wrong and cold Tables had food all over them floor was dirty bathrooms were very nasty. I was just happy it was in passing through and not somewhere I have to stop regularly.
