Terrible service and terrible price. Arrived on Thursday and was told how great this buffet was. They had 50%-60 not operational. Of what they did have it was constantly gone cause they mismanaged the crowd. Of course they still charging full price for half of selection(over $100 for 3 kids, two adults, one senior). They had 4-5 choices of an entree and that's it. With one of those options being chicken strips you can pick up anywhere. Do better or charge less. At this price you expect golden corral.

Its okay if you want to grab something quick to eat. $20 per person for an empty, picked thru buffet was almost comical. If you can hold out, I would 100% recommend somewhere else.
Considering the convenience of an on site buffet for the attraction, it’s is a great value. Literally steps away from the Ark! Food isn’t spectacular but very good overall. The Brussels sprouts are definitely the star, just incredible and they ran out a couple times in the short time we were there! Chicken also very good…different breading than I’ve had before but crispy and tasty while chicken still moist. Moat of the other dishes were the usual buffet fare.
Service great…employees all very attentive and outgoing…genuinely friendly but not intrusive. Bathrooms and dining area clean.
Would definitely eat there again if busting the Ark!

After spending time at the Ark, Emzara's was a very nice buffet to enjoy. I only wish the A la carte menu was available everyday for the small ones with little appetites.

It was a nice ending to the ark encounter! Plenty of food… no wait! If you think the place is small and not enough seating… there’s actually an upstairs section! We enjoyed the freshness of the food! The atmosphere was lively! But the brussel sprouts… OMGOODNESS THE BEST!!! And we asked for the recipe… DO YOU KNOW THAT WE RECEIVED IT!?! Can’t wait to try it at home! Go enjoy this restaurant with family it’s a nice selection for the price.

The food was decent, fresh, hot, and with a nice variety. It was also great to be able to pay and serve yourself without waiting on staff.

Great selection and worth the $22 per adult. All you can eat and drink! Coffee bar, salad bar and many proteins and sides to choose from. These Brussels sprouts were delish!

We liked the food but didn't love it all. The brussel sprouts are really good. My husband loved the ham and the fried fish. I really liked the orange chicken a lot and enjoyed the salad bar. They had a lot of trouble keeping the lettuce filled up though. I scraped up lettuce both times I got salad. The French fries were very tasty. They have many kid friendly options including chicken tenders, French fries, applesauce, Mac & cheese, fried chicken, peaches and mandarins, and then cake and cookies for desserts.
I think adding pizza would be another great options. I also think having soft serve ice cream at all times is a must!
We thought the drink options were very good. They had many soda options, sweet and unsweetened iced tea, and hot tea, coffee and decaf coffee.
The tables inside are a bit too crowded.
There was also an outdoor heated seating option.
The price for adults is $19.99. I believe the senior price was $16.99, children 5-10 years old were $9.99 and 4 and below is free.
We would go back. It's nice to have this option and not have to leave and come back!

It’s amazing food especially fish and chicken tenders Only thing is it’s definitely over crowded. Makes my anxiety go crazy. It’s relaxing outside and peaceful. Can’t wait for it to be night time for the Christmas lights

EMZARA'S BUFFET IS AMAZING! we had to pay a lot like 40 to 50 dollars for 5 people, but the food was really good but the meatballs taste a little different and mostly everything was good. The customer service is really good here like I said hi to one of the employees and they greeted me back. The animals are really cool with their realistic look and everything. WAY TO GO EMZARA'S BUFFET!

After a good four hours walking through The Ark Encounter, we were hungry.
Emzara's Buffet was reasonably priced and offered many choices for anyone who is eating Biblically Clean. Anything having Pork in it, was clearly labeled and they also have a good selection of comfort food.
I definitely recommend the Brussels Sprouts, they were really delicious!
The staff here was very friendly and helpful.
You can tell that they enjoy working here.
Thank you and Shalom.
Decided to visit the buffet during our recent visit. The food was ok. Common American type foods offered. Fried chicken, fried fish, pot roast, salad, chicken noodle soup, side of mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese, veggies. During our visit they had some holiday offerings like turkey & dressing. Our favorite items were the fried chicken, chicken tenders & gravy. They had the best flavor/taste in our opinion. The other food tasted very bland. We didn't try any desserts. The service itself was good. The staff was very sweet and attentive. They greeted us and made sure our table was clean. Paying was a breeze. There was a line to enter but it went quickly. It was difficult to find a table. There's additional seating upstairs if you can do stairs carrying food. The ambience was nice, it was a cozy atmosphere with Christmas music playing. It was noisy but you could definitely have a conversation. Just like many amusement parks/attractions there were plenty of screaming & crying children so if that bothers you, skip this setting. During our visit there were even a couple of kiddos who were throwing tantrums in the middle of the buffet floor with the parents oblivious and staff not caring to ask them to pick up the kids so they were not a trip hazard. I would probably pick a different spot to dine in the future. It was busy because it was so cold outside but there were other spots available on-site.

The buffet was not all that great. Some of the food was not hot. They had 3 areas of the same thing, 2 areas the same of salad area and just one area of desserts. Which didn't understand why it was just one area of it. To us it was a waste of money.
My understanding before this buffet, it was a burger joint, that would have been better.
