Great place to eat. Has a variety of meats including pot roast, fried chicken, chicken strips, fish, bbq ribs, meatballs and more. Plus plenty salads and vegetables. The brussel sprouts are so good! Great desserts: different kinds of cake, pies, puddings, and blueberry cake donut holes. The price may seem a little high, but it really isn't for what you get. Price includes a drink. Emzara’s Buffet at the Ark Encounter is a must-visit! The food was amazing for the price—especially the pot roast, which was among the best I’ve ever had. Go early to stay ahead of the crowd and enjoy a relaxed meal before the rush. Great value, great flavors, and a perfect complement to the Ark experience.
