I waited WAY longer than the wait time they told me when I called ahead to order for pick up (i was 10 minutes away). They said the wait was less than 15 minutes and I waited for over 40 minutes. Staff was very unpleasant but when they finally eventually gave me my food they had a sweet change of tone (after forgetting stuff from my order too). I was trying to treat myself but honestly it wasn't worth it. Between price and service, I am disappointed. I don't know what changed but this place was way better a year ago. The quality of the food and service just isn't what it used to be. I won't be back.
Also my food was cold. Not warm in the slightest.

My husband and I went there today. First time ever and visiting the Ark. we ordered 2 burgers and 1 large fry. The young lady at the register took our order and she said it would be 45 minutes. We come back in 45 minutes and she said 20 more minutes. Our order was to go. We finally got our order and there was no bacon on my husbands cheeseburger and his was raw on the inside. Very bad experience!

I was very disappointed in Flip Burgers in Williamstown, KY.
We had heard good reviews and since we were in town we decided to give them a try. The wait was over 30 minutes on a Tuesday afternoon, the hamburgers were overcooked and very dry, food was barely warm. Will not go back again.

My oldest son loves it. I wish they offered chicken fingers or something for my other son who only eats chicken but that's not the restaurants fault. I also like the burgers but they are a bit pricey. The only reason to not give five stars is because of the younger blonde girls less than nice attitude when taking and bringing us our order.

Came into town for the Ark Encounter and was looking for a spot to take the fam for a burger. Came upon this place and gave it a shot. Great burgers! Nothing too fancy, just a great burger that is better than most chain restaurants. If you have pre-teens, opt for the standard burger instead of the kids burger. I am bummed we only found it on our last day in town. Give them a try!

Loved the farm to table burgers and fluffy buns. The Friendly and efficient staff made our experience enjoyable. Prices were reasonable and atmosphere was clean and fun! We loved the option to dine outside or in. Just an FYI, they are closed on Monday😊

Burger was the absolute Best and the fries were also delicious Can't wait to try Opa's pizza next door!!
They were certainly friendly upon entry. I asked for a menu and they didn’t bother to mention that there was a kids menu even tho I entered with my 4 children. I ordered a few burgers reading all the reviews I was pumped, thinking I was going to get an amazing burger. It was still extremely pink on the inside and when had my burger remade he scorched it then smothered it in cheese and sauce to the point it also wasn’t edible. The fries were mainly burnt and the oil tasted like it was rancid. Was very sorry wasted the 60+$ the only thing slightly good was the milk shakes but was poorly mixed and could clearly tell they just used syrups. Excepted a way better experience!

Looked forward to visiting as I love to support small businesses, but unfortunately, the food was not good. We thought the fries were sweet potato fries at first because they were orange, but turns out they were just burnt. Not sure if they were just overcooked, or if the oil they used was burnt. Also oversalted.
Everything on the burger was good topping-wise, but the burger itself was burnt and crunchy on one side unfortunately. Wish they had put more sauce on the burger as well, but I guess that's just personal preference.
Ordered a strawberry shake, but it just tasted vanilla. It was pink though, just not strawberry I guess.
The dining room is decorated nicely, but small. There were several families in there with small kids that were hard to ignore cause there was nowhere else to go. Outdoor seating probably would help, but it was too cold.
Overall, dining area can be overlooked- not a big deal. But the food was almost inedible. Won't be going back.
