The lady that made my sub didn't speak or understand english well. I don't like that you can't see the meats and cheeses anymore

Sandwiches were terrible. Bread was old and turkey meat was old.

***Buyer Beware***This particular Subway seems to have an issue with the coupons they mail out. Apparently they have to approve whether or not you can use them, even though the sandwiches that are not available for purchase with coupon are printed on the actual coupon. I went in two weeks ago and ordered an Italian BMT and a Subway club. They told me these sandwiches could be used with a coupon. Yesterday, when I stopped by and ordered the exact same sandwiches, I was told that from now on I needed to state that I was using a coupon before I even begin to place my order because the Italian BMT is no longer on the list of acceptable coupon sandwiches. So what is the deal? How is a customer supposed to know what sandwiches are approved and what sandwiches aren't? There's nothing posted at the store that explains these rules or anything, and when you ask an employee, they just blame the owner and tell you to talk to them. To me, this all seems incredibly shady. Like they just make up their prices and charge you what they want.
I ordered a sub for my dad. He said it was good, however, the guy at the counter could BARELY speak English. Pretty sure this location hires illegal aliens. Buyer BEWARE. We will Never go back. We also live nearby.

Ordered 2 FL online. Steak and Italian BMT. Ordered double meat on the steak. Barely got enough meat to cover the bread. It was alao supposed to have extra cheese. Nope. It didnt. Just the steak sub was over $17 with the extras, to not get anything extra. The guy making them was asked not to cut the steak sub. Ieven put that in the comments when i placed the order. He tried to anyway without regards. Twrrible customer service. The bread tasted stale. The BMT wasn't made correctly. Several items missing from it. It was all cold, supposed to be toasted. Absolutely the worst subway experience! If you value your money go somewhere else.

Your typical Subway. On the smaller side. Staff has always been friendly.
Vegetarian options: Can get a veggie sandwich, soup or pizza. They will pretty much make whatever you’d like.

The staff was friendly but the store apparently no longer serves cucumbers and had cheapened their tuna salad to be only tuna and watery mayo. No ice tea. Only 3 types of chips. They try to give as little meat as possible on the sandwiches. We left the Subway in Dry Ridge to come here because the one in Dry Ridge was out of so many things. We asked here if they have the same owner as Dry Ridge and were told they are. Definitely a leadership issue here.

Where to begin? We walked in 1.5 hours before closing and all chairs were on the tables. We weren’t told “hello” or “welcome”. Instead we were told “just so you know we’re out of a lot of stuff”. We were from out of town and staying at a hotel not far so asked what they had. They had turkey, so okay. The only available veggies were: lettuce, onions, black olives, banana peppers, and pickles. So we made some sandwiches and went to the car as we couldn’t eat inside with the chairs already put up! I can also say that it was the driest turkey I’ve ever had in my life. Only positives…we had some food and didn’t get sick from it.
