I made a preorder for a pop up. When i got my order home, about 1/3 of my order missing. At first they were apologetic, offering to replace the missing items. But then they changed to we will issue a refund. At the end, there were no replacements and I am still waiting on a refund.

I can’t thank 2 Dudes Baking enough for my birthday cake!! They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Not only was the design absolutely perfect, it tasted amazing!! Everyone at the party was complimenting it all night. It was such a hit! Thank you!!!
