Applebee's Grill + Bar

My husband and I just came in around 5:40 today and was offered a high top. We nicely asked how long it would be for any table or booth and were told 10-15 minutes. After waiting 20ish minutes another two people just came in and said two people and were immediately brought to a booth by the same girl, while we were still waiting. We waited around for her to come back ask what happened but she never did and so we just walked out. Will not be back.

Horrible experience. Me and my two kids were told it was a 20 minute wait but it ended up being longer. Not only that but they had quite a few tables not being used, reminded me of the covid days empty tables with a wait list. Won't go back again.

The order was wrong. I didn't get all of what I ordered. Made a customization on an appetizer, and it was completely ignored. The food was cold, and I had to go in to get the order. It was car side pick up. The restaurant was not busy at all. If I hadn't gone in to get my order, I guess I would still be there waiting.

A disaster. Messed up drinks, messed up order, argumentative server, just bad.

Ordered a salad. Every ingredient was old. It looked like they made it 2 days before. Not impressed

I ordered food so my family and I could just pick up and go home. I ordered online expecting my food within 30 minutes as it said. When I had arrived the food wasn't done and I had to stand and wait for over 20 minutes before getting my food and noticing they hadn't made the drinks we ordered, Then proceeded to make me wait another bit for the 2 drinks. I came in at 12:50 for my pick up time and and at 1:25 I finally got our drinks.

I order from Applebees more than I should because there is always something wrong with the order. I enjoy their salads and I always order extra range (which I pay for) and no tomatoes. It's usually a mistake of getting tomatoes but tonight's order I did not receive the extra ranch and had lots of tomatoes. This may seem petty but you should get what you pay for. I decided to call and Madison answered the phone she said I could complain to her or the manager I chose the manager Haley. Haley's solution to my problem without any apologies for this order was that if she's there the next time I order she will make sure the extra ranch is in the bag and then hangs up on me. I called back and was put on hold for Haley who never answered.

Called to order pickup and stayed on the line till it went dead not once but several times and STILL Cannot reach anyone on the phone… sad to say my hungry self ordered something else. Terrible customer experience on my end

3 out of 4 meals were good. The pasta on the fourth meal was cold. They seemed to be short staffed. Service was fairly slow.

The food wasn't that good and it made me sick as I've been in a long time. If you want a peaceful night's sleep do not eat here. I hate to leave a bad review but I would hate even more for someone to feel as sick as I am right now.

Worst Applebee’s I have ever been to. food is disgusting. The restaurant smells horrible.
