Stayed at the hotel next door, food was cold and chewy.

First impressions were not good...A/C was out, entire restaurant smelled of rotten eggs, and our server complained about us being seated in her section before we made it to the table. The Bartender said he would take care of our table, but I guess he was busy with the 1 person at the bar. Took 10 minutes just to get our drinks and we had decided to at least try the appetizers. I chose not to eat after locating the source of the smell...an out of order stall in the Men's room that nearly made me vomit as soon as I opened the door. All together a sub-par dining experience. We whole-heartedly DO NOT recommend!!!

Good food, and this was my first time eating at Applebee's. Pleasant appnesspher and curious waitress and management!!! Really good food!!! Sincerely Richard A.Ruddle.

Great like the old days . Boneless wings light on the sauce but still good. Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp very good. Grilled oriental chicken salad very good. Just hate that most close to us have closed. Applebee's was the place to go for appetizers years ago.

Arrived at 838 pm and finally after receiving 2 drinks each and just two appetizers at 10:01 pm we are able to leave . After the first 35 minutes we finally received our apps that we ordered and they were ice cold . No one checked back on us .I had to get up after waiting for our server and ask another server to have my queso warmed up just so it was edible . Never once saw a manager or anyone that looked like they were in charge the entire time we were there .
My husband left his card sitting on the table and still had to wait over 20 mins for the server to bring our check .
I am reluctant to leave bad reviews . We never have time to go out to eat because we are always working . We chose this one occasion to treat ourselves and we were very disappointed. Hopefully they can learn from this and improve quality of service .

Mediocre at best. I had high hopes but Applebee's nowadays is severely lacking in quality and speed.

Went in this afternoon with my family. No one was on the floor. Waited and waited finally saw 3 different employees not even a hello or even someone will be with you shortly. They just looked at us and went about their day. I don't understand not being greeted. We left and ate somewhere else. Communication is key. In most cases if you just tell a customer what the situation is they will usually be ok with it. But no communication at all is bad for business. We have been here at least twice in the past 3 weeks service was good,even when the AC was out it was still bearable.

Waited 40 minutes for an on line order when estimated time was 20 minutes. Food was luke warmed when served to me after asking for order a second time. Sign on door stated air conditioning was not working and restaurant was so warm I was becoming sick waiting for my order. Staff was nice and friendly.
