Food was hot and fresh. But they managed to screw up my order. Wrong fries, didn't want curly fries. And I asked for a drink with very little ice and got a cup full of ice. Next time I will not use the drive thru.

Order a jamocha shake they don't tell me they don't have the syrup any longer an then hand me a chocolate shake instead of the jamocha I hand it back asking for my money an they to refuse me like no I paid for a jamocha if it's not a jamocha I don't want it i didn't get my money back i will be calling their higher ups

Got a roast beef sandwich that was clearly undercooked. It was bright pink. When I returned it the lady at the counter said she’d been there 25 years and that was the natural color of the meat. It even stained the bun. And she didn’t offer me a refund, only asked if I wanted something else

This is the best Arby's we have ever been too. Made fresh yet didn't have to wait long. The gentleman working the front was friendly, informative, and super polite! He introduced a couple Ohioans to Ale8! Yum!

We went through the drive thru. We did have to wait for food but it was hot and fresh!
Parking: If you get parked by drive thru just pull into a parking spot. We had to keep moving the car so other could get out of the drive thru

Vegetarian options: Not much to offer vegetarian unless you love their fries or potato cakes. I believe they have salads and baked potatoes but when I asked for vegetarian options they were not sure on the menu choices.
Kid-friendliness: Store was clean, open dining area, service fast and friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: They had handicap parking and wheel chair accessible entrances.
