Was just in there. I sat down bc I'm sore and pregnant, while my husband stood at the start of line to order for us. Stood there for like 7 mins with out any acknowledgement whatsoever. So we got up and walked out. As we were getting into our car a different family walked in and were IMMEDIATELY addressed at the counter. To say I am furious is an understatement. Do better.

I ordered a 20 dollar order in winchester ky and got home and did not get me chips and salsa I ordered. Contacted their support chat bot and was offered a free chips and salsa....wth...I want what I already paid for so the chips they offered are not free!! I'll never go there again and will spread the word. 20 bucks and you can't give me all of it??? Customer support sucks. I dont recommend

Place was dirty and people who work there are distracted like in a dream. I got sick after eating here. All night full hot temperature 🌡 probably a bacteria. Stay away from this place!!!

They don't know how to wrap a burrito properly. I ordered two burritos, and they were wrapped after multiple attempts. Both burritos were messed up. They did not even have the courtesy to offer a new burrito instead of the messed-up one

Food was cold, dry, quite frankly the queso looks diabolical, I tried the beef barbacoa and carne asada. Only thing I enjoyed was the apple juice 😆. Save your money and time, just go to Queso Time or make it yourself. Probably typical for a chain.

Everything was to Chipotle standard. Chips little on the stale side bit 8 outta 10 times at any location they are! Was going to get the Carna Steak but from the looks was very dry looking so just had regular steak.

I paid 23 dollars for a rubbish the ingredients where old and the soft shell was rubber took one bite a straight in the trash it went.

We had two bowls, 1 steak bowl, the other chicken. All the steak had grisel in it except for one small piece. The chicken bowl, I'll just say it's hard to eat food I can't recognize. Instead of brown rice we got white rice but who could tell. The taste of our bowls were also not good. Our choices were egg sandwiches, cold cereal or take out hibachi. But we gave the new chipotle a try. I would have much rather had a cold bowl of cereal. Sorry. I know many who like Chipoli. .
