Will not be ever bringing my family back to this location. The service was very bad. The place had trash everywhere inside and the parking lot. Staff wasn't to failure with there menu!!

Ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit. A sausage biscuit meal. Got home and had all sausage. I don't like sausage so the wife and the dog got food. I drove 20 minutes to just get home and eat a peanut butter sandwich. Called and got put on hold . No one ever picked up. Waste of time waste of money. Worst part is not one person cares but me.

QUIT TOUCHING THE CONE! Here we are in flu season and i sat in the drive thru watching the employees fix cones while waiting on our food and they wrap their bare hands all over the cone while puting sprinkles on it, then wiped their hands on her pants after giving the cone to the kid sitting on the counter. The paper sleave doesnt cover the whole edible cone. Ive said something before at multiple DQs but nothing ever changes. We dont buy cones anymore for that reason. Watch sometime and you will see for yourself.

2025-01-15: I visited Dairy Queen on Fulton Rd in Winchester KY this afternoon at 3pm. They do not have chocolate ice cream. :-(

Shout out to Jacob, made the best damn royal cheesecake blizzard I’ve had in a long time. The man took his time and made it correctly instead of just throwing a strawberry on top and calling it a day.

Nice restaurant with a helpful manager. If you bring a coupon, make sure to have their manager as the staffs seem inexperienced with coupons (the discount must show up on the receipt).

This is the third time in 1 week that they have messed up my order. Also if you ask for condiments they act like it’s coming out of their pockets. These fast food workers want paid more but do they deserve it? Check the orders with the screens, not that hard!!!! Horrible service!!

Literally cannot get an order correct to save their life. How hard is it to take your time and do your job correctly? Pathetic “customer service” if you can call it that. I understand any job where you work 8+ hours a day is not necessarily easy but for goodness sake take some pride in what you do.
