Normally I would give this a higher rating but the last two times we've visited I've experienced an issue. The first time I ordered and paid for 3 full orders of biscuit and gravy and was given 3 half orders. They did correct the issue but I had to return to the store and go inside. The second time, my most recent visit the food was inedible. See attached photos. Those are burned biscuits, not sausage! Why would those have not been thrown away? They should have never been served to customers!

I have been coming to this DQ off and on for years. It never fails to surprise me on how bad “customers service” can get.I accidentally pulled forward with out getting my change the other day. The drive through attendant yelled at me (which i definitely appreciated). I stopped got out and walked back to the window to grab my change.She asked me if I was high on spray paint. I thought she was kidding, but no she was serious. She said she could smell spray paint and asked me again if I was high in spray paint.Nice.

1/10/23 simple order. 2 6piece chicken strip baskets and a #9 no pickle root beer to drink. 4 attempts later bringing out food 2 4 piece baskets, and a #5 with everything on it. Burger was literally cold 6 minutes later at home. Quality here as totally fallen off.
