The service was horrible the server stayed up front by the register talking to coworkers and wasn't even refilling her customers drinks..I even seen someone get up and try to get their own refill..we ordered guacamole and they brought out some whipped looking like green stuff...we said we want the guacamole like on the picture w tomato and onion and she brought out sonetjibv different then...I ordered a taco salad with chicken it was a watery mess of a taco shell w no cheese or anything but chicken and lettuce....we were so overall disappointed we left w leaving a 5 dollar tip which is the lowest one I hace ever left....will never go bavk worst 40 something dollars I ever spent

I ordered a burrito for pickup and requested no cheese or cream. They sent me a salad that was drowned in sour cream with cheese grated on top. Idk what I did to make them angry but I’m not paying $16 for a burrito from them again

Horrible experience. Food took forever to come out. When it did come out it wasnt correct. My husband's entree offered the option of rice or waffle fries. We ordered the battered specialty waffle fries. He got plain cold fries. When I tried to correct the server he just walked away. Never got checked on the entire meal. Litterally not once. Never got a refill of chips, salsa or drinks. I will be sticking to Cilantros down the street from here on out.

Don't even bother. Terrible from the host stand through the no-server ever segment all the way to walkout in manager's face for lack of service.

Food was pretty good but service was not. Food came quick but server was not friendly and we could hardly catch him for a second to ask for anything.

Recently visited with husband and daughters. First off, the salsa is super bland and watery. The chips were stale. Hubby wanted to try a dish from the menu that clearly displays shrimp however, the server said it only comes with beef or chicken. That was a little disapointing but not devastating. They instead ordered something else, a Jalisco. The bottom was burned, the chicken was dry and tasteless, the beef tasted old and chewy. I odered the Texas Burger and the buns tasted leathery as if they's been heated in the microwave. Also, as expensive as our drinks(Ale8) were, you'd think our server would've at least asked if we needed refills. Overall, we weren't impressed with the food, service, atmosphere nor, were we satisfied with the price for the drinks. Sadly, this establishment is a miss for us. 2/10

The food was okay, and the service was good. But that salsa? Seriously bland, like watery tomato sauce. Portions were massive, but my dish was burnt and boring. Heads up: drinks are $12 each!

We are regulars here. This time service was not very good. He could barely speak English knew nothing and the menu. Didn't understand what we were saying.
