Best Fazoli’s around!! Sharon and Cheyenne are the best management!! They have the best customer service and experience!!
They have the worst people there they only had one good server who had a positive attitude friendly smile. The best worker they had isn't there anymore I haven't seen her since January she was the sweetest person she was a sweetheart. I'm pretty sure her name was Sabrina she waited on my family and I there was 15 of us. She is the only one deserves a 5 star. We came in there yesterday the server was snobby begging for money I asked her name she wouldn't give it to me her hair touched my food and when I asked for a manager she said there wasn't one.

The breadsticks are so garlicky and salty and oily that I don't know how anyone can eat more than one without stroking out. Also my ziti pasta was hard and cold super sad

Manager is great. There are a couple of employees that could benefit from customer service training. We avoid going there when they are working.
