Manager is great. There are a couple of employees that could benefit from customer service training. We avoid going there when they are working.

They have the worst people there they only had one good server who had a positive attitude friendly smile. The best worker they had isn't there anymore I haven't seen her since January she was the sweetest person she was a sweetheart. I'm pretty sure her name was Sabrina she waited on my family and I there was 15 of us. She is the only one deserves a 5 star. We came in there yesterday the server was snobby begging for money I asked her name she wouldn't give it to me her hair touched my food and when I asked for a manager she said there wasn't one.

The breadsticks are so garlicky and salty and oily that I don't know how anyone can eat more than one without stroking out. Also my ziti pasta was hard and cold super sad

15 Minutes and still in parking lot waiting on order placed via drive thru...never again!! Not a great place if traveling

Ordered food here through the drive through recently, paid for all my food but didn't receive all my food after waiting extra time for my food to complete. I don't mind the extra waiting time for my food, but to have me wait and then leave a whole meal out is ridiculous. Called to let them know, their remedy was to put my name in a book for the lost meal the next time I came in. No refund the meal, no refund the entire order. Next time I want my food screwed up, come in and at least the last time you paid for it you'll get it, hopefully.
They recently food poisoned me and I reached out to their corporate offices…. Nobody returned my calls. They don’t wash their hands and I’ll never be back again…. If you think your safe eating their you got another coming . …. I hope the Health Department looks into these people preparing the food . I’ve never felt worse in my life
