Atmosphere is blah. Food is always good. Normally it is fairly quick but this past time was painfully slow. They didn't bring any silverware and there was none up at the counter where it is supposed to be. I had to stand and wait over five minutes for someone to come from the back just to get silverware so my 8 year old son could eat his food.
Nothing special, but decent food right off the highway.

I wantcto mention the new person they have working there...Lori is so attentive and sweet, she really goes out of her way to welcome and help you. I know it's hard to get help but the young kids just want to rush you thru.Great food and service in a dine in atmosphere. I love the little slice of heaven here

They were packed. Sunday after church rush. Staff was amazing. Friendly. My girls chatted up the waitress and loved her attitude & how fast she found us a table after we placed our order on the machine.
When you travel even the familiar places can be different. Fazoli was very good. Always great bread sticks. The baked spaghetti with meatballs was the perfect blend of sauce and pasta. The trio pasta was a great mix of flavors. Just because there weren't any packages of cheese available didn't stop this establishment from coming around with a hand grater. Loved that!
