Just standing here waiting on a DoorDash an no one has helped

They have on sign mix and match breakfasts sandwiches two for five dollars and I asked your woman employee and she said no we don’t have that anymore but it’s still on there sign and 10 05 dollar and five cents is crazy for a breakfast sandwich and some little hash browns and a soda and still have the sign up with that on it is false advertisement and to get people to come in for that deal and then say no is ridiculous so I will not be back eating at your restaurant and I will have my family and friends to never come and eat there and tell them to let everyone they know to tell them how dirty you are all and your ridiculous price thank you you just lost customer and the Hardee’s in Winchester Kentucky is the one place doing this and she was very rude and if she didn’t want to be there go home and quit with her attitude thank you

Very disappointed with the service level here. I ordered in the app and the associates failed to put the hashbrowns I ordered in my bag. They had it all taped up and everything like it was ready. I didn't have time to turn around and get my hashbrowns. I will NOT be returning to THIS location.

I scored this location as a 3 overall, and that is mainly because they serve breakfast until noon, which is very convenient for most, the prices on the breakfast menu are unmatched. The reason I scored a 3 and not 5 is mainly because of the missed coaching opportunities among the employees, they are not approachable, they don't greet or acknowledge you, when you thank them and tell them to have a good day they don't respond at all, no matter how many times you say it, and I was placing breakfast orders daily, sometimes more than once a day, and it's always the same attitude, like they can't be bothered. My sales manager used to say the only thing that sets a business aside from it's competitors is the customer experience, and she was right! The dynamic among the employees plays a big part in the atmosphere of the restaurant. I was there on Labor Day, there were different employees, 3 female employees that I could see, I was standing at the counter where you pick-up your mobile order, there was a cell phone laying there, I thought it was a customers so I called out that someone had forget their phone because the female who was standing there had made eye contact several times but didn't acknowledge me, she came over and looked at it and said, oh that's my managers, she does that all the time, laid it back down, one of the female employees came out of the bathroom, walked past me, didn't say a word, probably the manager, and I was the only customer in the restaurant, another female employee came around from the drive thru window, they gathered together near the back whispering, then the female working the drive thru walked over, grabbed the phone and took it back to an office where the door was open, finally she comes back and says what can I get for you, at that point I had already been there 10-15 minutes, not to forget to mention the time that it took me to get there, so I let her know that I was there for a mobile order that I had placed. I was in Lexington and stopped by the Hardee's on Winchester road twice one day, the manager there told me I was very brave for eating there.

I got food poisoning from Hardee's in Winchester 's San Francisco chicken sandwich with candied bacon on last Tuesday. I called the manager, told him about it. He did not even know what food poisoning is. Finally able to eat regularly again. Every time I drive by this location, it is empty. And for good reason!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!
