I have a gluten allergy and I’m always cautious when eating at a sub shop but the Winchester location employees made a point to make sure my gluten free sub was handled correctly without me asking them to. They changed gloves, made sure the station was whipped down and the sub paper was placed while no other normal subs were being made, different mayo was used to avoid cross contamination overall amazing experience the food was good I could almost cry. I have not been able to eat a full sub with bread in a long time since most places don’t offer a gluten free option. The employees were very kind and the place was busy letting me know it’s very much loved. Would highly recommend and will be back!

What you might characterize as an idiosyncratic review, lol, but I'm going through some medical procedures and have strict dietary requirements. I'm getting pretty bored with chicken soup and tried a Jersey Mike's turkey and provolone sub. Who says dieting can't be enjoyable...great sub!!!
In any case, this restaurant is clean, the staff is courteous and efficient and the sandwiches I saw prepared were generously portioned and reasonably priced. Even if I weren't on a diet, I'd grab a sub from these folk.

I travel often for work and have visited several Jersey Mike’s locations across the country. I always enjoy the food and service, but I want to take a moment to highlight how outstanding the Winchester location is. This location stood out to be because of how impressive this team is.
I’ve visited twice recently, and each time the entire team has been so welcoming, kind, and attentive. On my first visit, I wasn’t sure which chips to pick, and a team member took the time to recommend his favorite — and he was right, they were delicious. That small gesture made me feel so cared for as a guest.
Today, I returned to pick up a large order for my team. Everyone greeted me warmly, and the order was ready to go on time. After leaving, I realized one sandwich was missing. When I called to let them know, they didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally deliver the missing sandwich to our location, and even brought cookies along with it. That kind of service is rare, and it truly made my day (and my team’s day).

A special shout-out to Ms. Reese, who was the absolute delight of the place. She has a fantastic personality and made the whole experience so much fun—we were smiling the entire time! My husband and I stopped in yesterday (1st time at Jersey Mike's), the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was fresh and tasted great. We will definitely be going back. Not sure why such a critical review. It's obvious you can see that the meat is meat and the drinks tasted just fine. This place is by far better than subway and Jimmy John's

This is my 3rd time eating here so I think I can officially give a good review. All the sandwiches I had were excellent, well balanced and full. The parmesan bread is very good and I would recommend it over the regular bread. The classic Italian is very good, the meat is stacked and it really feels like a meal. The only downside is the location the plaza isn't the best to get in and out of, but this place makes it worth it.
Manager was horrible and got smart with me because I didn’t know that hot sandwiches couldn’t get cold items.

Food was fantastic. When I came by to pick up my order I stood in line with no one in front of me for a significant amount of time. No one offered to help. People behind the counter just stood and continued their conversations. I finally approached the cashier and asked if they had my mobile order. I was handed my order. Could use some coaching on customer service. When you enter a Jimmy John's they quickly acknowledge you and ask for your order.
