I have a gluten allergy and I’m always cautious when eating at a sub shop but the Winchester location employees made a point to make sure my gluten free sub was handled correctly without me asking them to. They changed gloves, made sure the station was whipped down and the sub paper was placed while no other normal subs were being made, different mayo was used to avoid cross contamination overall amazing experience the food was good I could almost cry. What you might characterize as an idiosyncratic review, lol, but I'm going through some medical procedures and have strict dietary requirements. I'm getting pretty bored with chicken soup and tried a Jersey Mike's turkey and provolone sub. Who says dieting can't be enjoyable...great sub!!!
