Order delivery, every time, they put mayo on a Vito Combo. It’s supposed to be oil and vinegar. Put in to cut in half. Nope. Order a drink? Driver forgets it 75% of time. Then they beat your door down next time to make sure you got what you ordered even tho it say leave on doorstep. What really blows my mind is it’s just this Winchester location. Bread is always stale or day old. Every other location, gets it right every single time. Bread is fresh, order is right, everything is there. Who ever heard of putting mayo on a Vito?!?!? Photo is of their own menu with default Vito. How it should be. Complaining gets you nowhere. With the price of eating out rising, you have to get it right for the customers who do frequent your business.

Drove home with a COMPLETELY wrong sandwich. Drove back and showed middle aged (manager?) who immediatly made excuses "well, they are highschool kids". Even "highschool kids" can check each others work.

Still, have never gone wrong getting food here after a climbing trip. The employees working here were kind and considerate and very friendly, and the sandwiches are always the bomb diggity. This has been a routine stopping at these joints on the way back from trips, and it has never disappointed, and super fast. Not a long wait. Oh, and super clean bathrooms.

I went there last week with my best friend for lunch and Kendra took out order. Food was quick and tasted wonderful. As we were eating, we could hear how Kendra interacted with staff and we later found out Kendra was management. I have to say the interaction with the staff was very friendly and respectful.The staff were laughing and having a wonderful time and working but not once were they rude to a customer, nor did they neglect customers. It's nice to come into an atmosphere like that. We will definitely be back!
