Pulled up to the drive through and ended up pulling away without ordering because the woman taking our order was extremely rude and dismissive. When my husband didn’t understand her she slowed down her speech in such an exaggerated way as if talking to a child. We decided to just drive off. Suggest you work with her on her customer service skills. Awful!

I can’t express how much I enjoy eating at this Jimmy John’s location in Winchester. Their customer services is outstanding. They care about you as a person, they want you to be pleased with what you get and pursue quality. Communication of mangers and crew is also another reason I afore this location.
Everyone I see is friendly, kind, courteous and have something a lot of venues I visit lack. Passion. The mangers and their crew, have passion. I’m not just a “number” when I walk through that door. I am a human being, who has feelings and they spot that and respond to that. Meaning, they listen to me if I have a question or come over to check on me even if I clearly have everything in front me, it doesn’t stop them from checking in or asking me about my day.
Every time I or my team comes to Winchester, we make it a mandatory goal to visit this Jimmy John’s so we can be surrounded by outstanding customer service and of course, eat the food. The food is delicious and they have vegetarian selections that are a must try if you strictly love veggies.
I come for the food, but I return for the safe space the manger/mangers have built in that restaurant. 😊

Just got mumbled at through the speakers, couldn't tell if they wanted my order or was talking to the person at the window. Waited for 10 min at the speaker for someone to take my order.

Order delivery, every time, they put mayo on a Vito Combo. It’s supposed to be oil and vinegar. Put in to cut in half. Nope. Order a drink? Driver forgets it 75% of time. Then they beat your door down next time to make sure you got what you ordered even tho it say leave on doorstep. What really blows my mind is it’s just this Winchester location. Bread is always stale or day old. Every other location, gets it right every single time. Bread is fresh, order is right, everything is there. Who ever heard of putting mayo on a Vito?!?!? Photo is of their own menu with default Vito. How it should be. Complaining gets you nowhere. With the price of eating out rising, you have to get it right for the customers who do frequent your business.
