We stopped here on our way home to indiana from an event this weekend. It was early Sunday afternoon and we got an amazing lunch and had a wonderful experience with the staff! Everyone was so wonderful and caring and said be careful going home because it was yucky raining outside. Such a good experience and good kfc chicken done right. You guys beat indiana out of the water.

Ordered door dash and the delivery driver was great but the restaurant messed everything up. Missing a whole meal, extra sides we ordered , sauces, utensils and even straws! This is no fault of door dasher and falls on the restaurant. The bags were sealed (as they should be) so the dasher couldnt confirm the order and assumed all of it was there. This isnt the first time this has happened so it seems the employees just dont care at all.. if you want to make this right you can contact me. I will NOT be contacting door dash as it effects the drivers and their way of making money. This is the restaurants fault so they should own up to it. Its no wonder they have a 3 star rating.

We came through DT, June 24th 2025 at 11:30AM and we ordered the 7$ fill up with the 2pc chicken. We asked for condiments, we didn't receive any in the bag. We asked for iced tea(unsweetened) we got sweet. The chicken legs looked terrible. The meat has falling off the bone and there was little meat, I guess they over cooked it. The biscuits were smashed. The presentation isn't decent.

You will be cheated. 30.00 for a 10 price meal. Ordered half original half crispy. In the bucket was all crispy, one piece was a breadt. One thigh. The rest legs and wings. The large side of mashed potatoes was only half full. Pitiful.

Y'all can't be for real with the food handling. My sandwich was 90% mayo.
I got a 5 tenderstrip big box it was on the menu board for 11.29 but I was charged 11.99 before tax. I asked for Nashville hot tenders and got regular. And the macncheese bowl and mash potato bowl were so flat they were basically plates (very small) the tenders were the size of my pinky and one was so rubbery I couldn’t bite through it

First I waited in drive thru for 15 min to have them to ask me to pull around. To wait another 15 min. None of my orders even had bone in. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

The drive thru person was not very customer friendly. Been there twice in last week and Cole slaw has been so dry you can’t eat it also chicken is always cooked in old shortening you have to go to Mt Sterling or it Lexington to get fresh food!!

I stopped to pick my dad up a 3 piece chicken meal, two breast and a random piece of chicken with a drink and two sides and a extra biscuit. So I take the food to him about 5 minutes away, he opens the box to eat his food and the chicken was basically raw, I don't slightly undercooked but raw. The chicken was covered in grease but and cold and raw, the biscuits were so hard that I took them outside and hit them with a golf club and the biscuit still stayed intact. The coleslaw was completely dry with no dressing, the diet coke and mashed potatoes were good. Overall horrible, I can't believe for a 12 dollar meal you can't do better than this, what about families who live check to check and they buy these meals with the little money they have and you give them horrible food. What if a child eats this raw food and gets sick? My opinion is go somewhere else
