First I waited in drive thru for 15 min to have them to ask me to pull around. To wait another 15 min. None of my orders even had bone in. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

The drive thru person was not very customer friendly. Been there twice in last week and Cole slaw has been so dry you can’t eat it also chicken is always cooked in old shortening you have to go to Mt Sterling or it Lexington to get fresh food!!

I stopped to pick my dad up a 3 piece chicken meal, two breast and a random piece of chicken with a drink and two sides and a extra biscuit. So I take the food to him about 5 minutes away, he opens the box to eat his food and the chicken was basically raw, I don't slightly undercooked but raw. The chicken was covered in grease but and cold and raw, the biscuits were so hard that I took them outside and hit them with a golf club and the biscuit still stayed intact. The coleslaw was completely dry with no dressing, the diet coke and mashed potatoes were good. Overall horrible, I can't believe for a 12 dollar meal you can't do better than this, what about families who live check to check and they buy these meals with the little money they have and you give them horrible food. What if a child eats this raw food and gets sick? My opinion is go somewhere else
Nothing really bad or really good to report. I don’t eat meat and how good do the mash potatoes and coleslaw have to be before I’m impressed enough to comment on them? Pretty darn good ??♀️

We ordered online for my daughter’s birthday party and there was a slight misunderstanding when my husband picked up the order (partially due to him.) The manager helped to get things straightened out very quickly and we had a great dinner at her party! We had buckets of original recipe, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn and coleslaw. She also got a free jug of their sweet tea and she loved it. (She is very picky about her tea!) I will definitely order from kfc in Winchester again!

Went in today to order our food which was very good. The lady who took our order was very nice. Here's the issue the guy making the food had no gloves on.. As soon as he finished making the food standing at the prep table he begins to eat his own food with this drink on the prep table as well while other employees are saying absolutely nothing. If you've had a health inspection you should know that this is Not acceptable!! Went out to car to call and speak to manager as there were other guest present. Girl answers.. Asked to speak to manager. She hands phone off and says manager and is giggling. Another one gets on phone I asked for her name. She didn't care for that by her tone.. But did respond Angela. I explained and told her it needed to be addressed. She said yes it does.. Thanks for letting me know.. It was already known since as I stated prior the other employees were standing there and most likely cameras.. Do better!

If i could have, i wouldn't have given any stars!! Ordered chicken sand..Bun was so dried out and hard couldn't eat it. Was told had to wait on fries yet they were so cold they were like rubber.. Waited 15 mins to get nuggets and then had to ask for them! The absolute worst KFC I've ever experienced!!!

Pulled to the speaker and sat in silence for 2 minutes before I was greeted with a very rude “what do you want” ordered a 5 piece combo Mac and cheese and a large mtn dew and then a extra Dr Pepper, pulled up to the window and was asked what I ordered and so I repeated my order and still received the wrong items, Jason (according to my receipt) then huffed about having to correct the order and I also had to ask for my card before I left because they never handed it back to me
