Consistently wait 30-45 minutes for prescriptions through the drive thru. Stop letting people sit and hold up the line if their prescription is not ready.
I sat here long enough once that my sick daughter, who I did not have anyone to watch her nor would I expose anyone to illness, vomited in the drive thru line twice. I'm going on 45 minutes waiting today for one prescription that was ready an hour ago. I have the flu, I'm not going to go inside and spread it.
I will be changing pharmacies.

I picked up a Kroger pickup order today (09/30/21) in Winchester at around 4pm and the woman working was so kind and helpful! I didn’t catch her name but she had beautiful curly brown hair. I really appreciated her patience and kindness today.

Wow!!! What a great job this store and their employees are doing! Was really nervous about going to the grocery. Hadn’t been in 3 weeks. They made it much better. Cleaning and staying their distance. Thank you for working so hard to help keep us safe!

Kroger mgrs, please ration things like toilet tissue and Clorox disinfectant wipes so everyone may buy. And please have a shopping time for seniors 60 and older every week. That would help your most at risk customers.
I left a small bag at the self check out and when I called back up there, the bag was gone. But, they told me to bring my receipt in and honored it and just let me get the items again. Good customer service!
