Came through tonight around 9:30/10:00 and some lady in front of me ordered something crazy whole bunch of stuff 10+ meals no joke and the line just kept coming but I’ll say that McDonald’s night shift are some hard working individuals and I applaud you guys

god awful service. every bit of my experience was terrible from the moment i entered the poorly timed line to having to wait behind 6 other pulled cars most of which showed up after me, rude staff messy interior, sub par food,overly rushed encounters and uncalled for hostility.i know it’s mcdonald’s and it’s not supposed to be the best but if im paying almost 50 dollars for 4 people i expect to at least get something out of my experience. they’ve failed every “ convenient” “ aspect of mcdonald’s.a over all terrible “restaurant”

We used to frequent this McDonald’s with my family of 5 until they kicked my 8 months pregnant wife for out for loitering just as I was finally picking her up on my way back from a 6 day trip. She had to leave her van at the dealership right next door and she ordered food.

I hate this restaurant. I’m never coming here again. They can’t even make a double cheeseburger without getting it wrong. The line is forever. They’re slow. They have a grumpy manager, and they just generally should quit. I have never had such a bad experience at McDonald’s. I will never be going again in Winchester.

It is what it is. The service is usually good, the food is boring, but consistent. There are some days where the service is a bit on the lower side, but you got to understand where you are at. I am new to the rewards and it's okay, I just wish I could use them for any item rather than a select few.
