Everytime I have been here what I get in the bag is never the completed order. They always forget something and then it makes me have to go in to retrieve the rest of my order. By then the food that I have already received is cold.

I placed an order (a caramel coffee) via the app before I even arrived and then once i arrive they pull me into a drive thru place which they seem to do to everyone because there were so many people waiting they had no room to park. Meanwhile everyone else gets their order while I have to sit and wait for a good 20+ mins. We had to go in and get it. And they GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND HAD TO REMAKE IT! This is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. You shouldn’t prioritize your drive thru time over timely service.

I ordered a Big Mac with no sauce no middle bun and no pickle during my lunch mind you I picked up several different orders for my co workers break and they literally gave me a platter with shredded lettuce a pc of cheese and two dried out burger patties. Not mention my fries were cold has well. If I could post the picture they would be ashamed. My dog wouldn't even eat that shit

I think this place needs a station for plain burgers. That way no one will have to taste onion on plain hamburgers whether you buy a quarter pounder or mcdouble or just a cheeseburger if you order plain they should make sure to change their gloves or have a station for plain burgers

Came through tonight around 9:30/10:00 and some lady in front of me ordered something crazy whole bunch of stuff 10+ meals no joke and the line just kept coming but I’ll say that McDonald’s night shift are some hard working individuals and I applaud you guys

god awful service. every bit of my experience was terrible from the moment i entered the poorly timed line to having to wait behind 6 other pulled cars most of which showed up after me, rude staff messy interior, sub par food,overly rushed encounters and uncalled for hostility.i know it’s mcdonald’s and it’s not supposed to be the best but if im paying almost 50 dollars for 4 people i expect to at least get something out of my experience. they’ve failed every “ convenient” “ aspect of mcdonald’s.a over all terrible “restaurant”
