I popped into Papa John's the other day to grab a pizza, and it was honestly awesome. The staff were super chill and had my order ready to go when I walked in. The pizza was fresh out of the oven, loaded with toppings, and that crust? Just the right mix of crispy and chewy. I snagged some of their garlic knots on a whim, and dipping them in that buttery garlic sauce was a game-changer. Pickup was a breeze, and the whole experience just felt easy and fun. Can’t wait to head back—Papa John’s, you’ve got a fan! Five stars, no question!

Usually not bad, absolutely ruined multiple meals this time. Very burnt, Very little (if any at all…) sauce, and half the amount they usually serve. Very disappointed. Please put more sauce in these dishes. I would love to get replacements or something… I purchased THREE this evening and they were all terrible.

25% off coupon was not 25% I know this isn’t local issue and is corporate, but they don’t care. My 25% off coupon was actually only 20%. If they are going to put out coupons then not ripping customers off with them should probably be on top of the “what not to do” pile.
Nobody was at the register when I looked in the back there was a couple, a girl with brown hair and a guy with a ginger beard kissing… and another person was on their phone.. truly disgusting, and after he had finally came and took my order after his make out session he proceed to put his hand in the pizza dough after they were all over this girls face. They then told me it would be a 15 minute wait. As I got back into my car they were play fighting throwing flour on each other. As someone that works in as restaurant myself, this was SUPER UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING. 🤮

I had gotten on here and left an ugly review. They fixed the problem so I am fixing my review. They did mess up the order and offered to remake it but we don’t live close to there and I requested a refund for the messed up pizza and missing sauces. They politely obliged. Still don’t think we will be going back to ANY Papa John’s as this seems to be the norm but I do appreciate them taking responsibility for what they had done.
