I popped into Papa John's the other day to grab a pizza, and it was honestly awesome. The staff were super chill and had my order ready to go when I walked in. The pizza was fresh out of the oven, loaded with toppings, and that crust? Just the right mix of crispy and chewy. I snagged some of their garlic knots on a whim, and dipping them in that buttery garlic sauce was a game-changer. Pickup was a breeze, and the whole experience just felt easy and fun. I had gotten on here and left an ugly review. They fixed the problem so I am fixing my review. They did mess up the order and offered to remake it but we don’t live close to there and I requested a refund for the messed up pizza and missing sauces. They politely obliged. Still don’t think we will be going back to ANY Papa John’s as this seems to be the norm but I do appreciate them taking responsibility for what they had done.

Pretty good service on take out. I think they put crack in the lemon pepper boneless wings because I can't stop. Pricey, but what isn't these days. Nice when I need a treat.
