Terrible customer service! After waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my delivery, it was not only cold but wrong. When I tried to reach out to have it fixed, I was told they wouldn’t be doing anything about it and if I didn’t like it don’t come back. The most unprofessional and trashy establishment. Definitely don’t have to worry about me coming back

Pizza was good but don't order through there call center. They mess up the order every time. Maybe because the call center don't understand English. Pizza Hut you're cheap.

I placed an order fully paid for 1 bbq chicken pizza and 1 buffalo chicken and the driver just rang my doorbell then left with the pizzas. They refuse to do contactless because the drivers wanna pressure you into tipping in person.
Ordered two large pizzas and an order of 10 cheese sticks.
They sent me 1 large pizza.. 1 medium pizza and 5 cheese sticks cut n half...
I only live 3 miles from the location, and if I didn't have the flu I would have just went and got it myself. I ordered the pizza at 6:45 pm.. it didn't arrive until 8:04 pm.. it was cold AF.. and just tasted NASTY..
Literally EVERYBODY "out pizzas the HUT".
Pizza hut is now bottom tier chain pizza sadly.. I'm not surprised that they're choosing location after location.

Nothing compares to the dine in buffet of my childhood. It's sad to see the large dining room and empty buffet. The food was great and the service was prompt. I can strongly recommend this Pizza Hut.

I always loved going to Pizza Hut and eating there and listening to the juke box/CD machine. But after COVID, they are closed to public dining as far as I can tell. It's delivery and pick up. ? But walking in the door to pick up, it's very dimly lit, evoking a depressing vibe. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and an employee came right to the register, looked at something, turned and talked to someone else but didn't acknowledge me. I think he was a driver preparing for a delivery. After he left, the other person came and waited on me. I've worked in customer service and believe a customer should be greeted upon arrival, even if they have to wait to actually receive service. But the pizza was very good and I will continue to order from there. My comments would make the store more people -friendly and professional, in my opinion. ?
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot outside the restaurant, but again, I don't think in-house dining is offered anymore.

Personal pan pizzas were horrible. The crust was very dry and hard. Hardly any toppings. No longer serve our local soft drink even though the factory is across the street.
