I miss the pizza hut of old. We went because my son had a Book It coupon. Waitress was terrific and told me she had been there since the 80s. I hate that the parking lot was almost empty. The new Giovanni's next door is no doubt having an impact.

First time coming back to this Pizza Hut after probably 20 years. It’s finally under new management and they’ve really cleaned this place up. We’ll definitely go back. Pizza was great.

Had to set at table due to not having the buffet like said, food was good other then it was greasy and was the wrong thing we ordered and when I told the server she didn’t even offer to adjust the price or anything. Sad to say I won’t be

Food is getting better and cleanliness is also getting better. They are under new ownership and management. They are making immediate improvements, and some things with the menu will change, but let's only hope they keep getting better.

Store hasnt opened back up since covid and inside is filthy with boxes stacked everywhere. My meat lovers pan was completly done but my pepperoni lovers with extra cheese was way undercooked and doughy, the pepperoni lovers was not eadible.

Used to really like Pizza Hut, but they have went to ****. Tried to order on app and it said they were out of all crust types. I decided to call store and no one answered. Called back and some call center answered and could not help at all with anything. Most stores gone and more to follow for sure. A shame organizations do not take more pride in the companies.
